I had to return product because of irritation...To my Carlsbad JCP instead of the hassle of mailing. EVERYONE in the store was so sweet, pleasant and helpful. Especially the manager. I was so pleased with my visit. I stopped shopping at MAC because of the snarky girls even though I love their products. Customer serve matters. The lighting, music and over all vibe was fun and I really appreciated how they treated me so well ! THANKS girls~ I spent more than the refund I received and love everything I got!
