I am in love with Caudalie's new Instant Detox Mask and I am really interested in trying their new Moisturizing Mask! So far, the moisturizing mask only has 1 review. I'm wondering if any of you have tried it yet and what your thoughts are? I, personally, am worried about it causing breakouts. I would like to use this mask when I'm feeling particularly dry like after a day in the sun or when a heavy dose of makeup has sucked the life out of my face. During the winter, I would layer Nature Republic's "Super Aqua Max Combination Watery Cream" over my moisturizer and never had any issues. Now that it's summer I apply it to a bare face and get loads of cool hydration. About me: I have normal to combination skin. I'm prone to breakouts when it comes to moisturizers but I don't have any issues with Cerave PM moisturizer or the aforementioned Nature Republic. So far, my skin has been great the last three months
Hello, I'm 34 with fairly normal skin. It used to be oily but has changed in past few years to normal (and VERY slightly sensitive, though not enough to really be a concern.) What I'm looking for is something to address my under-eye wrinkles which have developed in the past year. I've had forehead wrinkles for quite some time but recently saw lines looking like crows feet and some wrinkling that goes from under eye are to top of cheeks. It's kind of hard to explain, sorry! I also have a lot of dark spots from sun damage. I do not have issues with puffy eyes or dark circles. I have used retinols and glycolic acids on & off infrequently over the past 10 years, as well as light moisturizers. What I've used so far in the past 2 years to address my current issues have not worked well: Peter Thomas Roth Camu Camu brightening mask (great hydration but did nothing for my dark spots and wrinkles) Philosophy renewed hope in a jar: did not minimize wrinkles at all, Ole Henriksen 3 little wonders: making my under eye area VERY dry and seeming to deepen the wrinkles there. Long story short, I need something to hydrate my under-eye area and give me anti-aging benefits, and would love a multi-tasking product for my dark spots as well. Any suggestions are welcome and thank you so much for reading my long post!
Hi, I am currently using ELDW in 2C1 and would like to change to the Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk foundation. What would be a good color match. I was using ELDW in 2N1 but it is a little yellow for my skin. Thank-You so much for your assistance!
Hello! I have been looking for a new skin care regimine and have been out of luck after buying expensive recommendations that do nothing at all. My skin is very dry but I don't like an extremely dewy look with my makeup! I have heard of the Sanitas skin care and although it is not well known I have heard great reviews, has anyone tried this line or have a recommendation for other products in an dry skin care routine?
Anyone have good results with this? I'm looking for something to help with my oily T-zone. I'll be hitting up Nordstrom tomorrow after the Rouge event and might pick this up. Anyone have good/bad reviews of it?
It's called "Vivo Per Lei skincare", I went to a mall kiosk, and this salesman was pushing it at me and it did seem to work. But it was only on my hand, and I'm afraid of breakouts which the product could cause me (because I have sensitive skin). Has anyone else tried this product?
Is anyone familiar with this brand? While this brand seems to me a bit less legit, their facial peeling gel is so awesome. It's the best I've ever used, and I tried many, many, exfoliating/peeling products (except harsher ones) since my skin needs frequent polishing. I am tempted to try out their other products, but I really find this brand just so mysterious. Anyone enlighten me please!
I love Belif Moisture bomb, so I was wondering if I would love the eye cream as well, and there are no reviews yet for it. I currently use Ahava firming eye cream around my eyes or Algenist, and I like both of them more than anything else I have tried, but I am still curious about Belif. I hardly ever get to an actual Sephora store (far away), or I would get a sample. Please share any feedback if you have tried it as far as scent, sensitivity, texture, and effectiveness. Thank you so much, in advance.
I am only 30 and i have not shown any first signs of aging (wrinkles, sagging, bigger pores etc). The cream actually helps to control facial oil production. It moisturizes but not overly. But is it ok to keep using it when i do not have any signs of aging yet? Thank you.
I currently use Smashbox 15 hour hydrating foundation in shade 1.1 with Makeup For Ever full coverage concealer in shade 3. I find that no matter what concealer shade I have tried, it doesn't blend well into my foundation, and I more often than not, can see where my concealer has been applied as the day goes on. I need a concealer to cover a couple red blemish scars on my cheeks that haven't quite faded yet. Has anyone been matched with 2y04 and has found the perfect concealer for red marks, or does anyone here use Smashbox 1.1 and has found the perfect concealer to disappear with this foundation? I would appreciate any suggestions on concealer products, and tips on covering blemishes with this foundation IQ result and the Smashbox foundation.
It's a very niche question (Oily/combo people, who've tried proactiv, who also received that same sample, liked it, managed to escape ProActiv, missed the oil control thing, and managed to find a dupe probably isn't very many people), but maybe someone will have something, or at least an idea to try? I tried the Murad Oil control, but it only does about 1/4 of the oil control the proactiv one does. I could probably just get it on eBay, but if I can avoid it I'd prefer to. I don't like the idea of, in some roundabout way, supporting a company that literally forces you to continue paying for their products. (I took them off of my paypal list, since the first person I talked to refused to cancel my account, so they sent the next box with a bill. Either I had to pay for the products or pay for return shipping.)
Has anyone tried Donna Bella 24K Caviar Deep Moisturizer? I've tried the deep moisturizer from this brand and it was really good but it finished. Right now it's a little too pricey for me so I'm looking for alternatives. I found this one on Groupon for $30 and was thinking to buy it but would like to hear more feedback.
I am 51 and looking for one line that can take care of my skincare concerns. I am starting to see fine lines on my forehead, and décolleté is starting to show my age. I have been treating dark spots and unevenness for about 5 years. I would like to continue to do so. It seems that my skin is getting drier. For most of my adult life I have had combination skin.
I am fifty years old and have limited means. My skin texture is terrible and I have many fine lines and wrinkles. Every time I use skin care products my face breaks out. I drink plenty of water and get enough sleep. I use sun screen year round and a visor and sun glasses in the summer. When I use only cleanser and witch hazel as an astringent my face clears up but the appearance and texture just keep getting worse. I find that my skin does better with powder mineral make up but it emphasized the lines and texture problems. Please help me!
