You need a good skincare regimen to help reduce your enlarged pores and to balance your oiliness as well as an anti-aging product to help keep your skin young and healthy-looking.  Below are some fantastic products to consider:

Start out with Dr. Brandt Skincare Pores No More Cleanser which is a daily foaming cleanser with powerful botanicals for combination/oily skin types.  It dissolves impurities, refines enlarged pores, and clears blackheads and whiteheads while controlling excess oil, leaving your skin squeaky clean.  You can find it here:  http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P9523&categoryId=B70

Then I would use Dr. Brandt Skincare Pores No More Vacuum Cleaner which is an effective blackhead and oil extractor that is so effective it only needs to be used two to three times a week.  It helps loosen blackheads by absorbing dirt and excess oil.  It leaves your complexion smooth, clear and refined.  This deep cleansing essential contains alpha and beta hydroxyl acids, silicone dioxide, and eijitsu rose for maximum pore clarifying performance.  You can find it here:  http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P236007&categoryId=B70

Finally, I would try Clinique’s Pore Refining Solutions Correcting Serum.  It is a concentrated serum that refines pores so they seem smaller, as if they have 'snapped back' into shape.  It contains a Pore Resurfacing Complex, which quickly and gently clears out debris and rough flakes.  Over time, your skin creates stronger supports for a tighter, smoother look.  It is oil-free, ideal for all skin types and you can read all about it here:  http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P282920&categoryId=B70

Now about anti-aging products...My personal favorite anti-aging products are Peter Thomas Roth's Un-Wrinkle line.  Peter Thomas Roth Un-Wrinkle is a potent, neuropeptide-packed serum that blasts deep wrinkles and expression lines.  This formula's exclusive, patent-pending blend of six powerful, 100 percent active antiaging peptides and neuropeptides (highly concentrated at 23 percent) is combined with vitamins and skin moisturizers to create an unparalleled wrinkle-fighting solution. The action-packed cocktail not only noticeably reduces the appearance of deep wrinkles and expression lines, but actually helps prevent them from forming. What's more, this double-duty treatment helps boost the body's natural collagen production, improving skin elasticity and minimizing collagen loss. The results are renewed resilience, greater softness and smoothness, and an overall younger look and texture.  Research results show that this product visibly reduces the appearance of deep wrinkles and fine lines, from the first application, while helping to keep crows' feet, brow-furrow wrinkling, laugh lines, frown lines, and other skin creases at bay; users have reported up to a 52 percent reduction in wrinkle size in just 28 days.  I have gotten great results from this product, which you can find here:  http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P141102&categoryId=B70

If you're also interested in makeup to disguise your enlarged pores, help reduce oiliness and to give your skin healthy anti-aging benefits, I would suggest the following:

As your foundation primer, I would use the multi-purpose Dr. Brandt Skincare Pores No More Pore Refiner which is an instantly effective, mattifying pore refiner that also doubles as an excellent makeup primer and will not clog your pores or cause breakouts.  This product smoothes and evens your skin's texture, providing a matte finish with or without makeup.  Its infusions of microspheres and flaxseed effectively shrink pores, absorb oil and keep shine at bay. You can find it here: http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P139005&categoryId=B70

Now on to foundations...If you prefer a powder foundation, I’d recommend taking a look at Smashbox HALO Hydrating Perfecting Powder.  HALO is the first anti-aging powder with the science of skin care built in.  It's advanced formulation of pure gold, 48 minerals, 11 amino acids and a powerful peptide deliver powerful anti-aging benefits while the patented hydration system continuously revitalizes skin and provides a hydrated look that won't accentuate lines and wrinkles.  The built-in shaver allows for the convenience of a pressed powder combined with the radiant finish of a loose one, and the super-sized brush deposits the perfect amount of powder every time.  You can read all about it here:  http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P228100&categoryId=B70

If you prefer a liquid formula, I'd recommend the anti-aging liquid foundation called Clinique Repairwear Anti-Aging Makeup SPF 15 ( http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P122780&shouldPaginate=true&categoryId=1254 ).  This foundation is a moisture-rich, oil-free makeup that helps block and mend the look of lines instantly and over time.  It delivers a line-smoothing, natural matte finish and offers continuous repair.  The long-wearing formula contains SPF 15 plus antioxidants to add to the benefits of all-day hydration.  Your skin is left looking flawless and vibrant.

I hope this helps you.  :smileyhappy:
