I've noticed some online retailers that now offer a subscription service so that you can get automatic shipments (every 3 months, 6 months, etc) for products that you tend to buy over and over.  These programs also tend to offer a discount when you sign up for the subscriptions (amazon offers this with a lot of their "grocery" items, and Clarisonic has this program for their brush heads).  I think it would be nice if Sephora could offer a similar program for things like cleansers, foundation, mascara, etc. that people tend to repurchase every several months.

Just an idea, what do you think?

Thanks for the suggestion serendipity01! We don't offer auto-shipments, but our website used to have an option to receive an email reminder to reorder. That function was recently removed though.

Didn't Sephora used to offer that option for certain items, or am I just confused?

It's a good idea for people who are loyal to certain products.  I've never signed up for the option from anyone I've seen offer the auto-refill service though.  I'm far too fickle... I always have to try something new even if I absolutely love something!

I don't know for sure if Sephora used to or not.  I think I remember an option for that, but I may be confused with Beauty.com.  I order from them quite a bit too and they do Auto Delivery.
