Is there any way to use your foundation match results to pick complementary colors for your other makeup? Like which shades of lip/eye/cheek color look good with your particular skin tone? Just curious.
Good morning! Just a friendly heads up that there are oodles of new items in the sale section, including: Stila and Smashbox palettes Philosophy soaps and lotions Ole Henriksen Sets- Look at her glow & Glow from head to toe Bunches of nail polish sets including Nails Inc. Julep and Ciate Bunches of Sephora collection items... Worth a look? Also, while perusing the gifts section this morning, under the $10 or less I found... The Fresh gift card holders!!! They were all the way at the bottom but adorable nonetheless so I scooped one up. ***Edit*** I did not see the Argan Oil one, and it didn't show up in my purchase history so unfortunately I guess that one just isn't available yet. So sad because it's such a good deal and super cute! Happy shopping and Happy Thanksgiving!!!
soooo I thought I'd post it! (For some wacky reason, I could only manage to upload a screenshot instead of a downloaded image, so it's cropped off a bit.) I'm sure the Pinterest stuff will be up soon, but in the meantime...
I just received my most recent online purchase, I bought the TOO FACED A Few of My Favorite Things and when I open the mascara it is empty...not dry but completely empty like they didn't pump the mascara in there. Can I do an exchange just for the mascara at the store? Or do I have to deal with mailing it back and getting a replacement?
Hi, I have recently exchange 500 bonus points for a set, and after that I have only 79 points left. However, I want to return a product which is 145$, because my friend got me the same thing as a gift. I don't want to return his gift...I don't even know where he brought it....but if I return the product, is my points going to be negative, or I can't return it at all, or I need to return the bonus set? Thank you for answering my question... (´･_･`)
I placed my order the 10 of November it didn't even get sent out until the 16? What took so long that is ridiculous it is Sunday the 17, so I won't even get it until at least Tuesday, over a week after I ordered it! I am a rouge member too!!!
Because I'm crazy, I've discovered that the sale section updates and gains new items daily, between 12 pm and 1 pm EST. Simply select "view all," sort from low to high, scroll all the way to the bottom of the page, and after the most expensive item should be a listing of all the new items. Hope this helps people snag some items they've been trying to get Also hope no one has already posted about this. If so, my apologies!
Hi. I have two accounts, and one is connected with an email address that I no longer use. That account is connected with my beauty insider card. Is there any way I can transfer my points to my other account?
Hello everyone, I'm very reluctant to post this as I understand the customer service representatives have a tough gig, however, I really need a better solution. I've always had such a good experience with Sephora and look forward to treating myself when life gets rough. I placed an order with Sephora this week and inadvertently had it shipped to my 'default address' which is 4 years old and 3 hours away from me. As soon as I realized the error (i.e. within 5 minutes of clicking "confirm your order") I called customer service to have it corrected. Unfortunately, no one has been able to help me! I've called and emailed nearly every day trying to fix the problem. Now I'm left with a credit card bill and an 'apology for the inconvenience'. Although everyone I've spoken with has tried their best, this has been absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with an online retail er. I am so disappointed. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
If anyone recalls under the about VIB Rouge section on sephoras website it lists all VIB Benefits. Listed under that section is "advance access to sales". Do you think Sephora will honour this for Black friday and Cyber Monday? According to their policy we should get first dibs on the sale/special It would be something sephora actually does right for their members!
I know a lot of us missed out on things we really wanted during the sale. My question is why not let us back order OOS items? It would be a lot more sales for Sephora and we would be happy about getting the items we want at the sale price even if it does take a bit longer to get them. Even when things are not on sale why not allow back ordering and ship it out as soon as available? Another peeve. Often when an item is OOS the page for the item disappears completely so you can't even see the description, ingredients, reviews, etc. I wish they would just leave those pages up so that we can see that info. Especially for products that will be coming back into stock at some point. If I could have back ordered I would have easily spent another almost $200 during the sale.
I've run into a really annoying issue while shopping on Sephora's website. X% off and free shipping codes are treated the same as the codes for promotional items, so you can't stack them. I think it should be changed so that X% off and free shipping codes are treated separately from other codes. I don't think it is unreasonable to be able to use a free shipping code and get a deluxe sample in the same order. Alternatively, maybe VIBs and Rouge's should be allowed to stack promotional codes as one of our member perks. I'm not trying to sound selfish or whiny, but I feel like we're being sucked in by promotions we can't use because of how the policy works.
Hi, I am wondering that how I can combine my email account and my VIB card account which I got from the sephora store today? I already had an email account before I get this VIB card. Do I need to cancel the email account? Could you please help me? Thank you.
So I was coming on here today after a very good day of shopping. I wanted to share what I got and tell everyone what wonderful service I received. (Shout out to Jason at the Rideau Centre, Stephanie at the Bayshore Centre and Brad on the rouge line). So going through the posts I see a nail polish on sale. Wow 5$ US must be like 7$ Canadian. Super good deal awesome color. Switch over to the Canadian site and what... it's full price!!! This isn't the first time this happens. Canadians are being treated differently all the time and well I wouldn't mind if it's one thing or two but it just keeps piling on! I'm tired of hearing we are working on it, our marketing team is aware blah blah blah. So if you are working on it find something to accommodate the customer in the meantime... this can't happen very often. That's what good customer service is. I'm not talking about adding points. I'm talking about finding a way to give the sell price! I'm sorry about this rant but all I want is fair and equal treatment. If both sites carry the product it should be on sale on both sites. And this is just one of many things that is frustrating about being a Canadian client.
What bag do you think is worth getting and what product wil you end up buying full size and add to your collections or daily regimen. I fell inlove with the Smashbox full exposure mascara and too faced tinted beauty balm! ojon color sustain and living proof are always a must for my hair.
I've been trying to add my 20% off code to my iPhone's Passbook to make it easier at checkout but its not working. I keep getting a; "NO PASS AVAILABLE FOR THIS CODE" message. Has this happened to anyone else?
I used to love Sepohra's site for all of the tutorials and behind-the-scenes looks at the products and brands. I feel like since they've transitioned into The Glossy (and using Tumblr) about 75% of the content is focused on nails. Does anyone know why this is? Is their editorial staff shorthanded? Am I just abnormally uninterested in the nail trends vs. makeup and skin products? Curious what others think.
I'm trying to find some information about some of the promotional products that were not necessarily for purchase at Sephora but offered with a purchase from Sephora. For example: -Cinderella and Jasmine charm bracelets that were offered for a very limited time online with a purchase. -Ariel starfish clip from the D23 Expo -Ariel notebook offered online - some art prints of each princess (not sure where they were offered) I just recently saw an ebay posting about a Jasmine headpiece with a blue stone. I couldn't find any information about this. Was there anything else?
I understand that Sephora is a fantastic store for all, but, there always seems to be more news and advice from an expert way under 40. It would be nice to see some comments and questions from people over 40. We don't normally use the same colors and techniques that younger gals do, right?
Sooo, I don't know if anyone else has this problem, but the 'Find in Store' option is never accurate for me. Or perhaps I shouldn't say never, but more often then not. I had gone into a JCP Sephora earlier today to look for some blushes and couldn't find them, which was fine. I checked online a few minutes ago and it said it had the blushes that I was looking for, when the store most definitely did not. It wasn't even an issue of them being out of stock, rather there wasn't a spot for them in the display! This isn't the first time this has happened either. When searching for the Lorac Pro Palette and various lip glosses it will say that my store has none, causing me to get them someplace else. But when I go into the Sephora the next day or a few days later (or the same day if there's something different I need) it's there and fully stocked! Is this feature getting fixed any time soon? I love Sephora, but I hate running all over the world or going to other stores just because something was inaccurate.
https://www.sephora.com/profile/purchaseHistory/pu rchaseHistory.jsp?view=grid The page numbers are missing from the purchase history page so I can't see my old orders. Is this happening to anyone else?
It kind of upsets me because I really do feel like they filter the reviews a lot when it comes to the more negative side of them. Anyone else noticing this? I always go back to see if it made it and how long they will keep it on the site. It's frustrating when I take the time to review the product to display my opinion for no one to ever see it. Another example I put up a review on korres's eye cream and why I didn't end up liking it. However when I put rave reviews on products they always make it on the page.
