Did Sephora Stop Carrying the BECCA Perfect Skin Mineral Powder Foundation?
  I used to buy the  BECCA Perfect Skin Mineral Powder Foundation  from Sephora (in Shell) but it doesn't appear anywhere on the website now, though the majority of BECCA's other products do. Will it be coming back or is it discontinued from Sephora?

I placed an order on the 21st of this month and have yet to find an email from sephora about my order in my email.. My account says my order is in process but  it's been in process since i ordered it.. Help!!

Sephora Canada Site Product Update Thread
Hello Canadian BTers!   I'm starting this new thread to act as the official update location of new launches, LE products, and brands that are on coming to the US site but may be launching (and returning) to Sephora's Canadian site at a different time. There are a lot of changes happening in real time over here, and in the spirit of communication, this thread is to keep our BTers abreast of the information we have. This is not going to be everything, and could also be subject to change (and hopefully we won't need this thread forever), but we are working with the Canadian team to get as much information for you as we can.   That being said, we will only be using this thread to speak to dates and info about big upcoming launches, LE products, and brands that are on the US site and are coming to the Sephora.ca site. If you have  a question about any of these things, drop it here, and we will do our best to track down the answer for you.   I realize that you guys are feeling all of the feelings right now about the new warehouse move, but this thread is not a venting loop, nor is it a thread to deal with customer service issues (as I don't have any access to our order systems). We've got quite a few of those on the community already (for totes good reason), but I'd like to keep this specific thread informational, if possible.   Okay on to the info! Fake reviews.
I get the feeling that 70% of the reviews on Sephora.com are fake-- posted by the product distrubutor. I always click on the user and see if they've reviewed other items or not.. I mean, almost every product has at least 4 stars total. That seems a little unlikely. It bothers me.... Luckily they have a great return policy so you can try things out yourself. Thoughts?

Nars Pop Life in Canada
Hi,   I'm trying to order Nars Pop Life Velvet Matte Lip Pencil. It seems to be permanent, and HBC here in Canada sells it, but it's not listed on the Velvet Matte page on the Canadian Sephora site. Is this not being sold on the Canadian Sephora site?   Thanks!

Return Shipping Label
I was charged twice . According to the Sephora support team I was the one who placed the order twice and all they've been doing is putting the blame on me.   Isn't shopping online suppose to be stress and hassel free? I like to avoid the stores in my area as the line is often crazy busy when I can make it out.   Has anybody use the return shipping label? Do you get a full refund back? Or do they deduct the amount used for the shipping label? Thank you!

Sephora.com Site Issues
Hey BeautyTalkers,   We want to make sure you know that we are working to fix the site issues affecting Sephora.com for the past couple of weeks. Some of the fixes we are working to restore include 404 error messages and "All Brands" page access. Sephora deleting my negative review repeatedly
I have just submitted a negative review for a FOURTH time for the same product, as each one keeps getting removed for no apparent reason after it is posted.  Each review has been reworded when re-submitted, and I can see no reason why it would violate Sephora's terms.   This is completely abhorrent and despicable.  Sephora, where is your integrity?!!!!  If this fourth review is removed, I'll take my VIB Rouge self elsewhere and cease shopping here.

Item cannot be shipped to the United States
Was purchasing some items online from my "loves list" and this is what I noticed; What? Why? Does this means it’s OOS definitively or it really cannot be shipped to USA?   I also notice the Marc Jacobs Skyliner eyeliner set disappeared from my “loves list” and I don’t see it online at Sephora. What does that mean? I see it on MJ site but not available now?   Is anyone else experiencing this?

Sephora Survey Sweepstakes
Is the Survey Sweepstakes contest legit?  The list of winners at http://www.medallia.com/sweepstakes/sephora-winner s/ has the same person listed as winning 3 times.  I know lots of people fill it out every time they buy anything, myself included, but according to the rules you can only enter once per week so it seems reeeeallly suspicious that the same person won three separate times!

There needs to be a wishlist that is SEPARATE from "loves"
I know that Sephora markets their "love" list as a place to save products your actually love AND products you want to try and send to people as a wish list. I hate this! I am partially posting just to get some validation that I am not the only one who feels like this!! There are several flaws with this system:   1) This artificially inflates the popularity of a product when you are considering purchasing. It makes it seems like products that are talked about a lot are highly loved - when in reality it could just be that a bunch of people want to try it. If they separated loves and wish list we could see who wants to try versus who bought and really loves. This would help the products because it would make what I want to buy again more clear but would also help consumers because we would trust the "loves" more to where they might actually sway my opinion on whether to buy. Right now, when I see a highly loved product it's a worthless number. Having 330k loves means nothing when I don't know if people really love it or if they are just interested in trying it.   2) It makes it IMPOSSIBLE to differentiate what I have bought and liked versus what I want to try. When you buy as much makeup as I do you forget what worked and what didn't sometimes. The section that keeps track of my purchases doesn't help either because it includes samples which clutter and confuse the list. I want a clean, self curated list for when I try a product and liked it so much I want to repurchase when I run out (loves) versus things I am interested in and want to buy (wish list). I find myself scrolling through my loves constantly asking myself "Did I try and like that? Why is it here?"   3) Last, but not least, I cannot SEND a wishlist to my family that includes things I have!! If my birthday is coming up and I want makeup, I can't use this feature on Sephora because right now my loves and interests are mixed. I may have added the Tarte Rainforest of the Sea foundation to my loves when I tried it and decided I wanted to repurchase. Now, if I send the list to my family they might accidentally repurchase for me the basically full foundation I already own. When in reality, if I send them a wish list I want them to get a list of products I want but DON'T HAVE! The solution to this currently is to not "love" products that I already own but want to repurchase, however that is a poor solution for brands because in five months when I finish the Tarte foundation if I don't repurchase right away (which I won't because I will have eight other foundations to finish) I will forget about it.   This mixed wish-list/repurchase list doesn't work as either! Both functions suffer as the result of being mixed with other.    I don't see why I can't have a "love" list and a "wish" list.

Hello. I see that the Tarte Make Believe brush sets have been available on Sephora Canada for a few days now, but the rest of the collection isn't available  (like the eye & cheek palette). please add more options to the ingredient preferences search list!
so I've been on the hunt for moisturizers without silicone(anything ending with -cone or -oxane) in it and there's no option to be able to search that specific. I have to go through hundreds of items and look through ingredients tab (if provided) to know if one does/doesn't contain certain ingredients. It's really time consuming! not to mention quite a lot doesn't have ingredients list, and nowhere to find on the internet, like some dior products (don't know what the deal is). I like to know what I put on my face and it could prevent people from buying products with ingredients that they might be sensitive/allergic to.   same for hair products and makeup.   so please add silicone-free option to the 'ingredient preferences' list. I think it is really important. As well as pretrolatum/petrochemical/mineral oil-free.   Also please add more breakdown into moisturizers consistency/formulation/type. I saw oils, gel, lotion, cream, balm, etc all in 1 but there's no way to narrow it down to a specific consistency I want to find.   I hope someone who deals with the site read this and will be able to implement it soon enough.
