Not liking the website change
I've noticed that my shopping list has been replaced with at little heart. I guess that my shopping list is "saved," but if I can't remember off the top of my head everything that was on my list (and it was a very long list), I'd have to wander aimlessly through the site looking for red hearts. After playing around with the new set up, I've figured out that if I click to print for the "loves" list, I can then see my shopping list. This is very annoying. Do I seriously have to go about as if I was going to print the list to even see it? I feel that the old shopping list was so much better because you had everything directly in one place. How in the world is this new "loves" list more convenient? Why can't my old shopping list show up under the new "loves" list?    Also, my purchase history is gone for the items I bought in store and for items that I bought online prior to 2011. I am definitely not liking this update and it really needs to be improved. Is there any plans for improvements? What do other members think about this?

What do you think of the new wish list format?
I think the layout where you see more is interesting, but it seems less than useful to have to swap views before you can add things to your cart. And I really miss the info about things being in stock.    Yes, you can see they aren't available if the 'add to cart' option isn't there, but you can't see that it's something that is permanently out of stock. I wish they would at least add that back to the list view. And I wish they would put a buy option in the grid view.

Shopping List Suggestion
I would like to suggest that sephora expand the shopping list section of the user account/website.  Allow the users to make more than 1 shopping list and allow us to label them (ex. Wish List, Staples, Running out of, For Wedding, etc).  That way it's easy for us to sort through what we need and what we want instead of having this one really super-long list!

Fake reviews.
I get the feeling that 70% of the reviews on Sephora.com are fake-- posted by the product distrubutor. I always click on the user and see if they've reviewed other items or not.. I mean, almost every product has at least 4 stars total. That seems a little unlikely. It bothers me.... Luckily they have a great return policy so you can try things out yourself. Thoughts?

Compare Products Option
I think it would be helpful to have a "compare" option on Sephora.com to look at a few items side by side. Example: I recently received a sample of the Perricone MD Face Finishing Moisturizer. I've been using it and loving it a lot. I'm a pretty loyal Ole Henriksen skincare user, but sometimes the nighttime moisturizer doesn't do the full job where this one has. I'm considering switching, but the price for the Perricone seemed high. I think you get more with the Perricone though..see where I'm going with this. I spent about 10 minutes clicking back and forth between the two windows comparing prices, size, ingredients, etc....   I've done this with other things too such as the NARS Matte Velvet Lip Pencil, BITE High Pigment Matte Pencil, and Sephora Ultra Vinyl Lip Pencil.   I think being able to even compare a few options for similar products would make it much easier to shop.   Thanks

How do you keep track of your points?
I've had so many issues this year with points. I only made 3 purchases, 2 were promotions (skincare 2x points & fragrance 3x points) & had an issues with 2/3 purchases. They have all been resolved one way or another, but it was such a pain trying to figure out what I had & what I should have.  - Skincare was purchased on-line, yet the item I purchased wasn't showing up on my purchase history, so I didn't "qualify" for 2x points. Also they said I made the purchase after the promotion was over. I got an e-mail on 1/22 confirming my purchase, but they didn't process it until the 23rd (the day after the promotion ended) Luckily we live in a digital world where screen shots of e-mails can go a long way. So they added the skin care item points, but they never manually added the 2x points (Later on they gave me more so it made up for it) - Fragrance I got the points early 2/14 instead of the 22nd like they said they would. But I only got points for the fragrance items, not the whole purchase. I had to send a screen shot of my e-mail because they kept insisting it was only for fragrance items & not the entire purchase. It took a while to get it all resolved.   I got frustrated having to CONSTANTLY do the work for them & trying to keep track of my points in my head was getting annoying. I have no idea if my points were properly added in 2012 & have no way of knowing. Every person I spoke to said they can't give us a detailed history of points. All I wanted to know was date added, amount... & they assured me that everything is automatically updated. If that was the case then why did I have issues on 2 of the 3 purchases I made in 2013?  All we get to see on the site is "total points", "earned today" and "redeemed" Problem is in store purchases can take up to 5 days to show up & on-line purchases 24 hours. If you have anyhting waiting in your cart it will mess up the numbers.  So I decided to make my own spreadsheet. Stupid, since this is something Sephora should have on their site, but after all the drama of back & forth it seems necessary. I never really thought much about it. I've been a VIB for years (just requalified after my last purchase, sad I know) and always had faith in Sephora. Now it seems like their service is lacking. We get a different answer depending on who you talk to. They can't even give us details on ACTIVE promo dates. "Runs until midnight" When you ask midnight EST or PST, each one will give you a different asnwer. We all got the e-mail for the BareMinerals duo & it states in the e-mail you can get it in store. But mods on BeautyTalk and FB say it's only valid on-line. Ok, enough ranting... I do love Sephora, but their CS has really started to go downhill. They try to fix it, but can never get it right the first time.    So how do you keep track of your points?

Who else has posted a review on a product that they didn't really like and it never got posted?  I submitted 2 reviews regarding Bobbi Browns gel liner at 2 different times and I have not seen my review posted or on my beauty profile.  I gave it 3 stars.  I posted another review after for a different product and that one got posted.  I find it odd.

I have been on Sephora online very frequently, just browsing, but not that long to understand somethings on the site...    Like what does the 'heart' do? I noticed tonight I just got a heart, but I have no clue as to how or why I got it. How does it affect me? Also, what does "special guest" or whatever title it gives on my profile mean? Lol I am so confused!

Philosophy Miracle Worker Miraculous Anti-aging Lactic Acid Cleanser and Mask?
Why can you buy this cleanser/mask in Sephora and Sephora Inside JCP but it's not anywhere on your website. I found it in a a JCP store when it first came out and then in a free standing store a little after and its still in stores (I called and checked but haven't been able to make it out) But it never seemed to make it to the website. Is this a mistake or is there or do you think there is a reason? I called Customer Service yasterday and I was told that it will probably take up to 2 weeks to find out. Help with gifts
So i know my girlfriend loves your products and i wanted to get her some, however i know absolutely nothing about makeup, any chance anyone could steer me in the right direction if i give you a price range, wouldnt mind getting her a few things, figure about 150 in total thanks so much. Undoing a Q&A answer submission
Hi! I just received my NARS light reflecting PRESSED powder, and submitted an answer to the question regarding the full ingredient listing here:  http://www.sephora.com/light-reflecting-pressed-se tting-powder-P377757 . However, I finally looked at the front of the box and opened it to realize Sephora sent me the loose version! I guess I was too focused on checking the receipt and the ingredients ;-) I'd like to get that answer deleted or moved to the correct item listing. Any chance on that? Right Color of Foundation
Good morning! I recently switched from Lancolm to Smashbox.  I have oily skin and need full coverage.  The consultant matched me with M2, but as the day went on, I didn't feel like it gave me the coverage that I had hoped.  I went back and she suggested the 12 hour in 3.2.  I like the coverage, but I'm not quite sure that the color it right.  Do you happen to know what color might be the closest to M2?  If not, any ideas on other brands that provide a dewy finish but full coverage?  I am not a fan of powder, as I am self-conscious of my lines.  I would love to try the new foundation from Makeup Forever, but we do not have a Sephora close by.  Finding the right foundation has been frustrating and I'm feeling uuuhhhhggg I appreciate your time and help!

Foundation Finder
I think it would be great to incorporate a foundation shade finder for each brand within the product page. Example: When you select the MUFE HD Invisible cover foundation there is a link to help you determine what your shade should be. One step above that would be to compare one brand of foundation and its shade with the product you’re looking at. Example: If you wear Laura Mercier Silk Crème Foundation in Rose Ivory it would recommend shades 110, 130, or 135.
