Sephora Canada Site Product Update Thread

Hello Canadian BTers!

I'm starting this new thread to act as the official update location of new launches, LE products, and brands that are on coming to the US site but may be launching (and returning) to Sephora's Canadian site at a different time. There are a lot of changes happening in real time over here, and in the spirit of communication, this thread is to keep our BTers abreast of the information we have. This is not going to be everything, and could also be subject to change (and hopefully we won't need this thread forever), but we are working with the Canadian team to get as much information for you as we can.

That being said, we will only be using this thread to speak to dates and info about big upcoming launches, LE products, and brands that are on the US site and are coming to the Sephora.ca site. If you have a question about any of these things, drop it here, and we will do our best to track down the answer for you.

I realize that you guys are feeling all of the feelings right now about the new warehouse move, but this thread is not a venting loop, nor is it a thread to deal with customer service issues (as I don't have any access to our order systems). We've got quite a few of those on the community already (for totes good reason), but I'd like to keep this specific thread informational, if possible.

Kat Von D 5th Anniversary Tattoo liner - July 9 (will post time when I have it) Early am PT, around 9 am.

Urban Decay Naked Smokey Palette - Will launch at the same time as the US site, July 12

Bite Limited Edition Lip Lab 007 - July 15 at 9 am PT

• Bite Maple Collection - July 16 at 9 am PT - This is a different date then the brand gave on their Instagram, so FYI!!
• Too Faced Sugar Pop Palette - End of July, around 7/27
• KVD New Liquid Lipsticks - Potentially same date as US (July 14), but could be a day or two later. Will have more info the week of the 13th.  These will be available by this Thursday 7/16 as well as some of the new Metal Crush eyeshadows. 

• JEM (I know, I'm waiting with baited breath for this one too) - Tracking this one down after a special request from fellow Jem lover veronika23. The team is on it.

• Studded Lip - 6 of the shades should go live at the same time as the US (around August 11), but 3 of the shades will go live later in August (Halo, Mercy, Solo) 
• Metal Crush Eyeshadows - confirming

Hi @candacebt and @katiebt.. will there be a restock online for the sephora brand mini travel ionic hair dryer..It was available briefly last month online now oos and it is not available instore. Any apx time frame for restock? I am going away soon and was hoping to take this along.

Hi Katie,

Will we be receiving any of the new Sephora Favorites sets (Summer Hair Saviors or The Ultimate Travel Bag)? It shows as unable to ship to Canada. I'm just surprised this is 2 Sephora Favorites in a row and I hope it's not becoming a trend that Canadians will be missing out on these too 😞

I messages Sephora on FB about the Summer Hair Saviors kit and they replied saying it wouldn't be available to Canada 😞 I don't know about the other one though... It's disappointing, I love those SF kits so much and buy them whenever there is a new one.

Hi Katie,

Will the canadian site be receiving any products from the skincare brand BELIF? I sampled a product of theirs in one of the sephora skin sets and really wanted to try out more. So far its only available for purchase on the us website. Thanks

Why does Canada only get partial releases from Givenchy.

Here's the couture mascara (available in Canada)

And the second part of this collection is The Ombre Couture cream shadows (ONLY in the US?)

There are 3 mascaras and 3 cream shadows but we didn't get the cream shadows... yet Canada has the perm colors of those cream shadows.

Also why didn't Canada get all the colors for The Healthy Glow Bronzer. Missing Moonlight Saison.

@KatieBT Hi! I am curious to know if Canada will get the annual sun safety kits with the spf samplers etc not the makeup version..I see that the sephoras in jcp already have theirs out. Thank you!!

I'm interested in this kit too. Always on the hunt for a good daily SPF! But I suspect we won't get it with all the labelling/SPF regulations we have. 😞 Did we ever get this kit after the warehouse change?

This lipstick was in my wish list for a few weeks, saying OOS.  Now, I noticed it cannot be shipped to Canada. Why bother tempting us to begin with?

@jeannie11I saw this in store today with the SPF labelling crossed out. I guess it's probably not Canadian compliant and they'll just sell it as a lip balm. Check your local store...they might have it!

@KatieBT Hello, I've noticed that the Clinique for men UV defense broad spectrum SPF50 has met the SPF requirements for sale in Canada as other retailers (including clinique(dot) ca direct website)  have it widely available at department store counters nationwide. Will sephora (dot) ca be stocking this item? Thank you
