Can I return online purchases to a sephora inside JCP? I bought a hair tool and I don't like it, but my sephora inside JCP doesn't carry hair tools. Thanks!

You can. I have a JCP credit card that I can use on Sephora.com so I make ony online returns to S in JCP.

Your local Sephora inside JCPenney should be able to accept Sephora.com returns. Please be sure to bring your order invoice when making your return.

I've returned many online orders to my local SIJCP and never had any issues.  Most items I've returned were not carried at the local store.  Store policy may vary by location though.
