I was all excited to go to Sephora today to buy a Stila product that was marked in stock on the Sephora.com website. However, when I got to the store, I was told they don't even carry the Stila line! Really? Not only is it not in stock, but it doesn't even exist at that location. The new site is great so far, but that really needs to be addressed. I only even went to Sephora to pick up the Set and Correct powder since it's been out of stock online for the longest time. What a waste of gas! Was not a happy camper at all.

No, it wasn't a Sephora Inside JCP. However, the Sephora location wasn't as large as it is in another mall. It's really frustrating. If I want to drive 45 minutes to Sephora, I get the full sized store that has everything. If I want to drive 25 minutes to another mall, I get the abbreviated version of a Sephora. And If I drive 15 minutes to the mall by my house, I get Sephora inside JCP which has very little inventory in the brands that I like.
My Sephora Inside JCP has a full sized display dedicated towards Cargo. Does anyone even wear Cargo!?!? Seems like a waste of store square footage. They need to expand what they carry of Tarte, Stila. Maybe bring in Bobbi Brown, Bite, (considering that is usually just on an end cap), Tarina Tarentino, or Illamasqua. I understand that the JCP Sephora's can't really bring in Clinique, Lancome or other brands that would be carried at Macy's or Dillards. But there are just so many other brands they could expand on. They even just got rid of Korres make up at my JCP and put Josie Moran. We could have had both if they downsized the space needed for the "Clearance" area which usually is in disarray anyway.
Okay, I'm done venting about my JCP Sephora.
