Bday gift at check out wont work

cant seem to get my bday gift to add to my cart.  dont wanna call customer service. just need help on where to go to get it in my cart..

@Anonymous It has been a couple of months since I redeemed mine, but IIRC, in your cart, click on "redeem rewards" under your point total, and in addition to 100 points, 250 points, etc, there will be a birthday tab for you to pick from. I hope that helps (and I hope I'm recalling it correctly)! And happy birthday 🙂
