Ok folks, I just called customer service and they were able to apply the discount manually. He said this is the only day they will have that option, so if you want it, call them today!

@k617 I placed the entire order over the phone, I figured it was easier that way. Just have the item numbers handy for what you want to order (although if nothing else, they can search for it by name).

Yeah really. More reason not to bother with the rouge status anymore. Sephora really does not value their customers.

For some brands, Sephora is our only choice. It's not like the US where they have more choices like Ulta, but in general the Rouge program has been the most disappointing thing.

@KarinaGG As far as I know it has not released and went up as oos to begin with. Usually this means it will be released very soon - within hours or days.
