Since Canada seems to be getting different/fewer brands added to the website, and any cross-border new releases seem to be several days to weeks later than US releases, I thought we could use our own 'what's new/found in the wild' post.

There are actually a ton of things in the sale section! By "ton" I mean 63 items on 2 pages which is the most I've ever seen LOL

A lot from Tarte and Stila, I also saw some of the Hakuho-do brushes.

LOL I check it several times a day cause.. you never know eh? So I must have caught it when they were still putting them up because several items I clicked came up as "cannot find item page you are requesting" and I thought..

I keep seeing this Kevyn Aucoin palette pop up on sale. And Paint It Pink and this new set are appearing on the Sephora Favorites page. None of these products are carried. So why are they here?

My guess is that one or two popped up as in stock and then quickly sold out - then the website is slower to remove them from the Sale section or the brand section (which would also explain why Time to Prime favourites set is back in stock with "only a few left")

The Contour Book is odd though, because it keeps popping in and out (and has been for the past few months).

I think it has to do with inconsistent database management.

Sometimes items that are available in both CA and US have the same product ID, and sometimes each country has their own separate ID.  

When we have an item that has the same ID for both, it can show up on our side in the sale section but not be 'available' if there's still stock available in the US.

In case anyone is looking for UD Gwen Stefani items check in store. I called and got a brow kit put on hold in the store. I went to pick it up and my girlfriend wanted to get one too. They weren't on the shelves but were in the back ...kinda sucky stuff goes on sale and they stick it in the back! I was delighted to get my brow kit and love it!

Ditto. I hate it when they hide the sale stuff. It usually only takes up a small rack and most things go quickly if people can actually see it!

Yeah I bought the Gwen Blush palette today for $40. Does anyone remember if that was the sale price? For some reason I remembered it as $30-something?
