Korean skincare fans: ph adjusting toner at Sephora

At sephora, which ph adjusting toner should I look for?

So far I have only heard about Belief. But I dont know if its ph is really low. 

Any knowledgeable Korean skincare fans here?

For Belif toners, 

Bergamot Herbal Extract Toner: only info I can find is that it is pH adjusting, with the ingredient tromethamine.

Eucalyptus Herbal Extract Toner: this is also pH adjusting due to citric acid and sodium citrate, but this toner contains astringent properties (rose canina) so if you don't need it, I don't recommend using it on a daily basis.

Witch Hazel Herbal Extract Toner: also contains tromethamine. Witch hazel is also an astringent. 

I haven't looked into the other toners sold at Sephora, but one thing I know for sure is that the Son & Park Beauty Water has a pH of 5.5, which is exactly on par to what you're looking for. I have also heard that toners made in the US are more harsh than the toners in Korea?

Also, if your second cleanser (after oil-based cleansing) is a good pH (4.2-5.6 (healthy skin pH range)), you don't necessary need to worry about the pH of your toner and use your toner for other needs like extra moisture!

The few 5.5 pH cleansers sold at Sephora that I'm currently aware of are:

Fresh Soy Face Cleanser

Philosophy Purity

Sunday Riley Ceramic Slip (pH 5)

Others are:

Innisfree Bija Anti-Trouble Gel Cleanser

Innisfree Blueberry Rebalancing Cleanser

Sum:37 Miracle Rose Cleansing Stick (personal favorite)

Neutrogen Ultra Gentle Daily Cleanser
