How long can I use a Beauty Blender for?

I know I can't use it forever, but how do I know when it's time to replace?  And I how do I get some of these makeup stains out of the one I'm currently using?  I wash it after every use..

I have heard once rips/holes form in the beauty blender it has to go! I think typically 3-4 months max depending on how often you use it and often you are cleaning it. Hands down the best product to clean it with is the Beauty Blender Blendercleanser Solid. I thought it sounded so dumb to spend $22CAD on a bar of soap but it really does the job along with the pink tray thing that comes with it, you can use that to clean the blender as well. I watched videos on Youtube on how to clean it with this product and I am LOVING it, I use it on my other make up brushes as well.
