LOOKING FOR A SKIN CARE ROUTINE FOR 30-ISH AND OILY SKIN
I am 30-ish with extremely oily skin! Especially in my t-zone. I get high build-up in my cheeks, nose and chin area causing very large red bumps. I have never really built a skin care routine so I think it's time for me to do something as my skin is now aging badly. I wear make-up often and I usually use a moisturizer under my foundation. PLEASE HELP!!!!! I'm not very suave when it comes to skin care.

Best basic but efficient primer for oily skin?
I'm looking for an uncolored foundation primer. I'm currently using Bare Minerals' "Prime Time." It's not working well for my oily skin - the oil still comes through within a few hours, and it feels greasy on when I apply it.     I'm looking for a primer that will minimize oil, feels light to wear, and works well as its own base/lotion.  I'd use it on my full face, so if it's got SPF in it, that would be great.   I'll be putting Bare Minerals' "Correcting Concealer" on top (for specific scars, not on my full face) and then the Bare Minerals' "All Over" face powder. I do NOT use liquid foundation. Please let me know if some brands come to mind! If the concealer and powder aren't good for oily skin, either, I'm open to other possibilities.  I've tried quite a few brands already and these feel the lightest-weight and effective so far.     Thanks!

Cleansers
Hi all!  I'm looking to update my skincare regimen.. i have a few samples of the Ren renewal mask that I was going to try as an exfoliator, but I do need some advice as to which cleansers are best for my skin.  I tend to be very oily - t zone to be specific.  Also noticing my pores are pretty large.   Since we're starting to turn a corner and head into summer, I'd love some recommendations.. Should I be cleansing, toning, exfoliating, moisturizing, etc?  Currently I use the La Roche Posay cleansing gel and a Clean & Clear scrub (about 3x a week).  I loved the Dr. Brandt Pores No More Mattifying Moisturizer, but I'm wondering if I'm somehow getting a bit oilier as days go by from using it.   Any tips/recommendations from the experts and fellows beauty lovers are more than welcome.  Thank you!!

I can't find anything for my skin that works! I use Finacea Gel for my Rosacea as prescribed by my dermatologist. My face is a mess though! Red, oily, sensitive and full of aggressive acne bumps. I've tried everything and I'm beyond caring whether my routine is anti-aging or not. I just want my face back! My scalp already itches from Seborrheic Dermatitis and I have tiny bits of Psoriasis on my fingers and toes. Help me anyone! I'm willing to dip my face in acid at this point!

Oily skin, large pores, uneven skin tone
Hey lovelys,  so just a little background on my skin. I have had extremely oily skin since I can remember (I'm 22 now) and large pores that no matter what I do become clogged as the day goes on whether or not I wear makeup. My face starts out looking fine and not long after it looks rough, oily and clogged. I have tried a plethora of skincare and makeup options. With the summer approaching I'm getting self conscious about my skin and would like to improve it so that I am not a sweaty, oily mess. Any good recommendations on what I could do? Thank you all in advance and have a lovely day!

I need recommendations for a skin care regimen for my oily, cystic acne skin.
I had previously used a gentle cleanser like Purity Made Simple from Philosophy and On a Clear Day to deal with my skin. I wanted more help with my cystic acne, oily skin and being 41, wanted to address anti-aging. Anything used for the acne dries me out or makes my face almost sore, and anything used for anti-aging adds to my oily skin issues. I decided to try the Resist Advance Kit for Breakouts and Wrinkles from Paula's Choice  and have a love/hate relationship with it. The appearance and texture of my skin has improved greatly. The cystic acne is much better. But the one thing I cannot handle is the extra oily skin that has come on. By afternoon my make up is gone. Even though oily skin is an issue for me, I do not have such an issue with it that my make up melts away, especially this bad. I have more issues with clogged pores and blackheads now too, but the cystic acne is smaller, less red and inflamed, heals quicker and the flaky, scaly skin surrounding them is no more. I have tried skipping the daytime moisturizer. Tried limiting the 2%  BHA Daily Pore Refining Treatment to once a day rather than twice thinking I was over exfoliating causing extra oil production. Nothing has helped.   Is there a skin care regime that someone can point me to?

Bride prepping for outside wedding with oily skin
Hi all.  I am getting married in September and starting to prep my skin for looking its best.  I am 29 and still would classify my skin as oily... Dupe for ProActiv Advanced Daily Oil Control?
It's a very niche question (Oily/combo people, who've tried proactiv, who also received that same sample, liked it, managed to escape ProActiv, missed the oil control thing, and managed to find a dupe probably isn't very many people), but maybe someone will have something, or at least an idea to try?   I tried the Murad Oil control, but it only does about 1/4 of the oil control the proactiv one does. I could probably just get it on eBay, but if I can avoid it I'd prefer to. I don't like the idea of, in some roundabout way, supporting a company that literally forces you to continue paying for their products. (I took them off of my paypal list, since the first person I talked to refused to cancel my account, so they sent the next box with a bill. Either I had to pay for the products or pay for return shipping.)

titanium free foundation?
Does anyone know of a titanium free foundation. After trying many, many foundations I have figured out that it is the titanium in foundation that causes some of the ashy/unflattering grey glaze that some women of color experience when wearing foundation. It totally kills the vibrant golden/yellow tones in my skin. My true foundation match does not exist (somewhere  between mac nc45 and nc50..or possibly nw). I usually have to choose between one shade that is too dark and the next on up which is often 10-20 shades lighter with an overpowering amount of titanium that makes it hard to even blend 2 shades without looking dead and muddy. I also have oily skin that hates most silicone based foundation (makeup forever hd, etc.). They somehow un-blend from my skin and swim on the surface after 2-4 hrs. If I rely on blot papers I will use the entire pack in one day. I have tried the color matching at Sephora which was not helpful. Any help is appreciated,

Oily skin help!?
Hi fellow beauty lovers!   So I have been suffering from oily skin for quite awhile now... Back in October I switched my skincare regimen to Clinique's 3 Step system for oily skin and that seemed to help a lot.   I'm not sure if my skin has just gotten used to it or what but recently my skin has been sooo oily!  I usually use Estee Lauder Double Wear or Lancomes Teint Idole for foundation, always set my foundation with Laura Mercier's Pressed Powder, and usually use either Hourglass Mineral Veil Primer or I have been recently liking MUFE's new mattifying primer!   Do any of you guys recommend any other products for oily skin!?   I am always looking for new skincare items to try and primers/setting powders.   For some reason I have not been the biggest fan lately of Hourglass's Mineral Veil Primer

Trouble finding a moisturizer to help with oily skin :(
Hi everyone, I have the HARDEST time finding a great moisturizer for my skin. I would say my skin is oily due to the amount of moisture my skin gives after applying my moisturizer. This is my routine. -Cleanse with Aveeno brightening daily cleanser (actually the best and works wonderful)  -Masks: I have used Glamglow Thirsty Mud works great, Boscia black peel-off mask works great, Peter Thomas Roth cucumber mask wonderful! I have no problems with these masks.  -Moisturizer: I have used Oil Free Sheer Transformation Moisturizer by Ole Henricksen and changed (just two weeks ago) to Origins Anti-Aging oil-free moisturizer. The origins worked for the first 4 days and now I am getting back the same effect of oily skin just when I applied the Sheer Transformation.  What have you guys tried that works? and please do correct me if I am wrong in any of my routines I am open to suggestions. Maaaaaaaany thanks!

Need help finding a good foundation
Im not a huge make up girl so I dont know most of the tricks or what exactly I should be doing, but I feel as though anything I have tried, doesnt work. My forehead and nose is what gets the most oily, then the rest of my face gets dried out. Im also acne prone. I used Covergirl for most of my life, then just this summer switched to MUFE HD and I love the coverage it gives me and how little of it I need. I ordered the MUFE matte foundation last week and just got it the other day. Tried it once, and it instantly dried my whole face out way too much. I've tried using Vichy mattifying gel under my MUFE HD and it may have given me an extra hour before things got oily.    Before I ordered more MUFE HD, I thought I'd see what you guys have to say.
