Oily Skin Concerns

For the longest, I've been noticing that my makeup starts to crack on my T zone. I try to blot as much as I can throughout the day and touch up with translucent powder but it makes it worse and actually removes my makeup. I don't understand why.

What's your skincare routine (exact products used) it may need tweaked to balance the skin. Which makeup do you use? Primer?
