[ Edited ]Hi Heather, I see that you're new so, welcome.
I often use Philosophy Hope in a Bottle (not hope in a jar) I've used it for years and love it. You can use it night or day and it's always worked well for me. I'm currently playing around with some other products, I seem to come back to that though. I also love Philosophy The Oxygen Peel (again, can be used morning or evening, You definitely need to start with evening, followed by Hope Bottle. Works wonders for me. Hope this helps you out. Best of luck and hope you enjoy this site, I love it.
One other thing, you're 23 years old. Please, please, please don't put tons of money into products with name brands, fancy, magical sounding names and High-Tech cutting edge ingredients. You don't need that stuff yet! Do not let anybody sell you those type of things, tell them you'll think about it, walk away and come here and remind us of your age and try to get info from us, you can send me a Private Message anytime you have a question. If they make you feel pressured or talk down to you, walk away. I'll very often ask them to write the names of whatever products down for me. You don't want to totally irk them, you may need them down the road, sometimes for a sample or whatever.
So save that cash for when you're older and really, truly need those hard-core ingredients, products and brands. Some things you NEED to invest money in is sunscreen, sunscreen everywhere. If you use something like Bare Escentuals some of their products have SPF built in so that helps, but it's minimal. If you can get products with SPF for your eyes and lips too.I think it's Peter Thomas Roth who makes a product that's in a pre-loaded cylinder. It's dry and has a brush on the end, you can apply it everywhere. They say it doesn't expire and you can even leave one in the glove-compartment forever. Haven't tried it yet, think it's on my shopping list.
So, always use sunscreen, I know it can be a huge piece in the neck, but it's worthwile. Another HUGE thing you should do is start using eye cream, this is non-negotiable, you will thank me later and be soooo very glad you did it. Neck cream is another biggie, don't go spending a million $ on one but it would be nice to try something at a reasonable price. At the very least make sure you use sunscreen and bring your facial moisturizer down to your neck and decollette at least until you find a reasonably priced neck cream (if you carry your moisturizer downm make sure it's not an acne moisturize)
Let me know if I can give you any more info. Hope this helps. Take care.

I'm in the beauty industry so i know a lot of companies exaggerate what a product can actually do.
I was going to try PETER THOMAS ROTH Clini-Matte All Day Oil-Control SPF 20 so i can stay matte but keeps my oil at bay. I will look into the spf you can dust on because that sounds convenient.
