Does anyone else think it is tacky when women highlight their hair with super blonde highlights and their hair is dark brown? Why don't they go with something more natural and flattering? Brown hair looks better with caramel highlights or auburn highlights depending on if the hair is warm brown or cool brown. Plus, all it does is drain their complexions and make their hair look even more fried.
Has anyone else encountered this?
