BOLD Makeup! [ Edited ]

I'm normally not one to wear super bold makeup, but I was just messing around with different colors and I did this!

I took pictures along the way so you can see the steps I took!

(I do step-by-step pics when I'm doing something new!)

 First, I just concealed all blemishes and uneven-ness with bareMinerals Foundation SPF 25 in Medium.

Then, I added Blush & Bronzer. I used Hoola Bronzer and bareMinerals Blush in Vintage Peach.

 Then, I added a turquoise shadow, I used Nars eyeshadow in Tropic. I 'painted' it on with a flat, angled precision brush that I had dampened with water.

 Then, I used a liquid liner, Benefit Magic Ink, to draw exaggerated winged liner. Next, I used DiorShow mascara. I used 3 coats to make it dramatic. (Below is a close-up)

& Yes... Lash primers do work! I suggest Tarte MultiplEYE™ Clinically-Proven Natural Lash Enhancing Primer or Dior DiorShow Maximizer Lash Plumping Serum & Primer.

I really love the bold statement the blue makes against the black liner. 

Such great contrast! And those lashes are to die for. 

I also love how you kept everything else really soft and simple.

That is beautiful!  Your eyeliner and mascara came out stunning!  I wish the Sephora inside JCP carried Dior even more now.  I'd love to see what the Diorshow Mascara brush looks in person.

I agree, I LOVE the winged liner! For some reason I have SUCH a hard time doing winged liner on myself even though I love it! Yours looks great!

@Kimmi - Thanks, and I like it a lot! The brush isn't really all that different, at least to me. But it's big lol. I think the formula is what sets it apart!
