This wall flower polished her nails - comments please.

Hi, all!  I love dark brown nail polish.  Trying to find the right color (in a store) has been a long, drawn-out process (I'm really picky).  A couple of weeks ago, I found one that I liked; a few days later I found THE ONE!  I finally got brave and polished my nails this morning--what do you think (be kind)?

I know I'm late to the party, but yay for the brave nail polish!  You did a gorgeous job on the painting part too; I always leak onto my finger somewhere.

YAY! I didn't want to hurt your feelings (which I would never do) but the Essie was my first pick too. ^.^  But like I said I like both of them.

@beautylovingirl - My favorite it Essie, but I'm absolutely going to use both.  Anyway, I do have toes that need to be polished too!

Hey, thanks everyone!  Now I'm not so nervous about going to work tomorrow.

@jellybean 917 - You're actually right on the mark.  When I picked up my black remote, it made my nails look black (it's right under a table lamp, too).  Out of curiosity, I picked up my dark blue cell phone sitting right next to it, and my polish still looked black!  Cool!

I like both of them. Do you have a favorite one or are you gonna use both?

Nice!

I'm not a brown nail girl (shockingly), but they look nice on you.

Dark brown works great with your skin! I actually think I prefer the Essie one...maybe it's because I love dark chocolate? :smileyhappy:

I think the Essie is more of an eye-catcher, like someone would see your nails and wonder if it's a dark brown or a soft black, what does it look like in different lighting, etc. They'd be thinking about your nails all day!

I love those shades on you!  They are gorgeous, but I really like Sephora by OPI one.  It appears to be just a bit lighter; light enough that it is almost the same shade of chocolate as Hershey chocolate.

*thinking of chocolate*......

Ahem, it looks good! Personally I think dark colors look better with a sheen to it, so I like the OPI Studs&Stilettos. But both of them looks good on you, fits well with the casual look.

Hi Titian06 I think those shades work nicely with your coloring :smileyhappy:
