I agree with the previous poster. The urban decay naked pallet is great and the too faced natural eye pallet is great also. The urban decay pallet is a bit more expensive, but it comes with an eyeliner, eye shadow primer, and many more colors than the too faced natural pallet. You probably have light eye lashes because you have light hair so you should go with a dark brown mascara. For an every day look I would wear a smoky brown eye to look dramatic, but not overdo it.

i also have blue eyes/ blond hair... i love the neutral colors browns, creams, coppers, that kind of thing. everyday for work i use smashbox oyster and smashbox shell eyeshadow. i would also recommend going with a brown eyeliner like urban decay bourbon, the brown is very flattering to blue eyes. u could also try to find the urban decay naked palette which has some beautiful colors in it. more than anything u need to be comfortable to experiment with different colors until u find something that suits u best. good luck )
