Q. Urban Decay will no longer be Cruelty Free
Just thought I'd post this here, since I know a lot of people only buy cruelty free makeup.   According to their facebook page:   "To all our UDers: We have decided to sell Urban Decay products in China. Because of China’s policies, this has upset some of our loyal fans who are also animal rights activists. For complete information, please visit  www.urbandecay.com/chin ainfo . We are listening to all of your feedback and questions, and will try to address every single one of you. We do want to address one FAQ: No, Urban Decay will not test on animals in China. However, the Chinese government may conduct a test using our products before they can be sold there. We absolutely realize that for many of you, it makes no difference who is doing the testing. But, animal rights are still very much important to Urban Decay, and our decision was a thoughtful one. Changes are already happening in China, and we will give our all to help advocate alternative methods."   http://www.urbandecay.com/Urban-Decay-China/Urban- Decay-in-China,default,pg.html

Q. Primer? Serum? Does this ring a bell with anyone?
One night, while I was very sleepy, I read a product description that stated it really helped fill in fine under eye wrinkles. I think it was a primer and chances are it helped with pores as well. I definitely remember the directions said you had to warm it in your palm before you applied it and I can even remember reading in the reviews how important it was to not skip that step. But I can't remember what it was! Does this sound familiar to anyone...please?

Q. Blotchy Bronzer
I use smashbox BB cream, NARS cream compact foundation (lightly not all over) and the Naked Flushed bronzing trio with their winged brush. However when i apply the bronzer it totally makes my skin look so blotchy. Before bronzer my skin tone is even and natural and then with the bronzer it turns out blotchy and when i try to correct the blotchyness it just comes out too dark and cakey. PLEASE HELP!!! Any advice or good products that will stop this from happening? Looking for a really natural look that wont make my skin breakout -- also have been having more breakouts then usual and wondering if its the smashbox bb cream?

Q. Sunless Tanner Application and Brands
As much as I love to tan with the help of some sunscreen and beach rays in the spring I just don't have the time.  I have used two different kinds:  L'Oreal Subliminal Tan 360 Spray (which broke me out into a rash) and Clinique's Self Tanner (which I'm not a huge fan of but am trying to use up)  So here are my two questions.  First, what's the best self tanner out there that is easy to use and doesn't streak.  My second question is I know you apply self tanner to the face, chest, arms, legs, and torso but how do you apply the lotion to your back? Do people simply not put in on their backs? Thanks for all of the input!

Q. Makeover Essentials Cosmetics Makeup Line
I was at work today and a lady came in selling make up sets at reduced prices or she claims. The sales lady said that this product is sold at SEPHORA so I went to the store and asked an employee and was told that they have never heard of this make-up line. She said it was going to hit Macy's, Dillards, and Ulta next week. She was selling items priced at $39.99, the "eyes have it" shadow kit, priced at $25.99, and the "shimmer bronzer brush", priced at $29.99, for $20 dollars and so I bought one but now I am skeptical about it. They lead me to believe that it's a mineral based makeup like Bare Minerals. The colors are very pigmented. Has anyone else bought this stuff?

Q. Prom Season!
So as we know, prom night is right around the corner (3 weeks for me!), and a girl's biggest stress is hair and makeup. This year, more so than last year, I chose to be daring in my dress choice: a vibrant sea foam green sequin and rhinestone sweetheart neckline beaut. As I vowed to never wear a green dress, I am now posed with the question, what color shadow would look best? Keep in mind I am a brunette with green eyes as well. I'm all for the flashy red carpet look as you can see, and dare to look the best. Any advice/tips?

Q. Does anyone else have this problem? Help!
Okay, so I'm the kind of girl that loves to load my lashes up with tons of coats of mascara till they are long, spidery, and pretty darn stiff. (I really need to start buying some falsies, haha!) So at the end of the day when I'm ready to take all of my makeup off I start dreading removing my eye makeup and tend to remove it last because of how difficult it is for me. I get all nervous and have this fear of my eyelashes falling out because of how stiff they are with all the dried on mascara. Also, the mascara never really comes off completely (help!) and sometimes my lashes even hurt a little after I remove the makeup. Plus it doesn't help that my eyes are super duper sensitive and get all red and burn when removing my eye makeup. I know, I know you guys probably will say stop putting on so much mascara and you're right. For awhile I've been cutting the amount of coats I put on my lashes but it's still a pain to remove the mascara at night. Is there anything I can do to make the process easier? Maybe a certain technique or product? (By the way, I have been using cold cream on my eyelids and then wetting a washcloth with hot water and putting it over my face for a few seconds to melt the eye makeup.) Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Q. Best Brushes
What makeup brand carries the best comprehensive line of brushes? I want to buy new brushes and am willing to spend because it is an investment. I read online that Chantecaille and Chanel have great brushes, but when I tested them in store I did not really like either. If I can, I would like to have all my brushes come from one brand so they match. If not, I'll mix and match the best of each line. Q. So fed up with products that don't work.. Help is needed :(
Hello, I'm in dire need of an excellent foundation/bb creme that actually works. I have combination skin with constant breakouts and acne scars/dark spots. I need something with coverage but does not cake up, also something very light.. I'm very pale and find most of the "light" shades to be to dark. I find the full coverage foundations work well at first, but then ball up and look cake and emphasize my dry patches.. Ugh. I use a primer too, benefits porefessional. I have probably spent $1000 trying different products hoping they will work. Also looking for a good setting powder. So ladies please help me out.. What products have the power of giving flawless skin... i know they're out there. I know it's hard to see what my skin looks like since I have no pictures .. But just imagine very light uneven skin with hormonal acne and dark acne scars along the cheeks. Maybe if any of you ladies have a holy grail face routine you could post a before after picture or describe in detail on how you apply your makeup. I am sick and fed up of products being too dark and not doing a very good job. Thank you! Anything helps.
