Q. Makeup for a Cruise?
So i'm going to a Quinces(Like their 16's for latin girls) Cruise on June 8, and I need to do my own make up for the main party. It consists of all the girls in white, extravageant dresses dancing around a stage. Under strong lights, it'll easier wear down your makeup. I already have a foundation base, (Kat Von D in Medium 52) but I need a primer since it kinda cakes up easily. Well, more accurately saying, it gets into my pores. I use a normal makeup sponge from the drugstore to apply it. Any budget-friendly primers out there for a 15-year-old, with oily skin? Also, I need subtle products for my face that will match my white and silver accents. If you need more info to make a suggestion, please feel free to ask.

Q. Help Me Spend My Gift Card! :)
My husband got me a gift card for my birthday (good man!) and I have no idea what to buy!  I am a Sephora junkie but am having a hard time deciding.  I am in the market for some new liquid foundation, but I also want to try something new and fun.  Any suggestions?  I have dry skin with some redness, a light/medium complexion, hazel eyes and brown hair. Q. All Things MAC Cosmetics
Hey there EVERYONE,    I am wondering whats the HYPE about MAC cosmetices. I am the one of the few that has never tired MAC but always wanted to. My only concern is that with all the positive feed back about his brand I have also heard negative feed back such as it causing them to break out.   Not something I want since I do have slight sensitive skin an prone to acne. Can someone please give a little more information about there products such as eye shadow, foundation, primers, blushes, EVERYTHING!! THANKS   p.s. its funny how once you no your shade in MAC cosmetics ppl can suggest your shade in other brands. WHY is that. Plus Sephora doesnt even carry MAC...hmmmm...strange.

Q. Youngster Makeup
I am almost 13 and I have just recently began wearing makeup. All I wear as of now is brown eyeliner on the top lash line and baby lips balm. I want your opinions on what makeup I should wear. I have long straight light brown hair and mostly golden brown hazel eyes. I have a medium light skin tone and quite a few freckles. I want a god eyeliner and maybe a couple eye shadows primarily but am open to suggestions for other products too. I don't want any heavy coverage either. I don't really want any powder foundation, maybe something like tinted moisturizer? I also would prefer water proof makeup too as I don't want smudgey raccoon eyeliner, I prefer my lines to be thin. No liquid liner either. I also need to stay relatively cheap and get the most for my money. I have oily skin and am looking for a good cleanser and toner too. Please give me any advice you can ALL advice welcome!

Q. Project 5 Pan
Hey you guyyyyyssssss!!!!!!!   Has everyone here heard of "Project 10 Pan?" If not, I'll attempt to describe it: Project 10 Pan is for people who have wayyyyy too much makeup and keep buying more. Maybe they don't have room, maybe they can't afford it, maybe they just want to challenge themselves to actually finish some of their makeup. They pick 10 items from their makeup collection. They can be any 10 items, but they should not be already mostly used up with barely any product left. (Of course, it's okay if they are used a little, but you should not of hit pan yet.) The goal is to finish, or completely "hit pan," with all 10 of these products before you buy any more makeup. (For more info, go to YouTube and search Project 10 Pan.)   My idea was, we shorten it to Project 5 Pan so it goes faster, and get a whole little group to do it together and update on their mission. It's like the online communities where people have work out buddies who motivate each other and update on their fitness journey.   Whaddaya say? Anybody want to at least attempt it with me? It'll be a new thread to enjoy If you do, say so below and post the names of the five items you are going to be hitting pan on! If you want, you can also note if a product is new or how used up it is. (And if you want to go the full mile and attempt Project 10 Pan, there's no problem lol. Or if you want to do Project 3 Pan, or 7 Pan, or even 1 Pan. The point is to have fun and push yourself a little in the process xD.) You can also post a photo of your chosen items if you wish.   My five items are: 1. ELF "Complexion Perfection" Tone Correcting Powder. 2. One of my Lip Medex xD (About half gone) 3. ELF Brightening Eye Color Quad in Ivy 4. CG TruBlend 2 Liquid Foundation (a little more than half gone) 5. Highlighter in ELF Palette (Barely used, but extremely powdery)   Good luck! Pictures of my items in order below.       Note: On picture of ELF Palette, highlighter is in the middle section with bronzers, and it is the one on the top left hand corner of that section, by the blushes.

Q. Prom makeup questions?
Last year at junior prom I got my makeup done at a Laura Mercier counter and I was not impressed. My foundation looked good but my eyes weren't anything special, I felt I could've done a much better job and the lady obviously didn't know how to blend. Anyway this year is my senior prom and I am thinking of doing my makeup this year. I'm just not good with colors! Especially blush. I dont know what looks good on me and what doesn't, which is why I wanted to leave it up to someone else. I don't know what to do. Any ideas/opinions?

Q. Your makeup stash
Hey beauties! I just did some much needed makeup bag cleaning (one of my eyeshadows broke open and crumbled ALL OVER my bag and makeup) and just realized while everything was out of my bag that I should post a picture of my stash and start a new stash post because our wonderful makeup collection is ever changing. (: So here it is..     It's not much, I threw out a lot of old stuff, but I plan on getting a ton of new makeup these upcoming months (birthday, Christmas) but I just realized that I don't need anymore eyeshadow cause that is seriously the main item that takes up my bag lol, except I still plan on getting Naked and Naked2 (I DONT KNOW WHY I DONT HAVE THEM YET!! AHH!)   So you can see some of my eyeshadows in this pic (I have a bunch of eyeshadows and eyeliners from Hot Topic.. I had a $50 gift card and don't like their clothes so I figured.. why not get makeup?) I have my awesome Sephora Collection Perfect Pink Brush Set that I got from my dearest aunt for Christmas (I love this brush set, they are wet in this picture because they just got a cleaning) and my Sephora Glitter cosmetic bag (seriously my favorite bag I have ever had from Sephora!!) and I have my mascaras, Diorshow Iconic, Maybelline Great Lash, and a clear Mica Bella mascara (you can put any color of pure pigment into the clear mascara, its so cool!) Of course I have to have my Kat Von D Lock n Load setting spray, I friggen love that stuff. Right by my Sephora Glitter bag are my two 5 stack eyeshadows..again from Mica Bella. Then right next to that I have my brush cleaner and my face care stuff (Its a brand called SoPhyto..its just an antiaging serum and a moisturizer)   This is just more of a close up, I have all of my eyeliners, some eyeshadows, my Cover Girl foundation, concealer, my Sephora compact mirror, some lash glue, a highlighter palette, my Coach Poppy parfum and my Nollie parfum..     All of my eyeshadows.. I've got my 120 color eyeshadow palette (got it off of ebay lol) My Urban Decay Sustainable Shadow Box (I have had this palette for ever!) My Kat Von D palettes.. True Romance Metal Orchestra and True Romance Adora palette. Then I have a bunch of NYX glitter palettes (got those from hot topic) Then I have a couple of Sephora Collection eyeshadows and above those are the eyeshadows I got from HT lol     I would love to see all of your stashes, it's so fun to share what we all own!!   LexiKaye<3
