When it comes to brushes such as blush and powder brushes, should I fluff the brushes up after washing them and let them dry that way or shape the bristles as close as possible and dry them that way? Or does it really matter?

Thanks everyone. And I lay mine on the edge of my bathtub since my counter is tiny.

I dry mine flat on their sides overnight. I sort of hang them off my bathroom shelf (out of reach of little ones!) - the barrel stays on the shelf with just the bristles off the edge. That way moisture isn't trapped. Then the next morning, I just shake my brushes and they fluff up just fine.

Hi shyvicki,
lexikaye's right, after you wash your brushes simply let them dry on a flat clean surface. I usually will place mine on a counter with a few paper towels underneath since they'll still be damp. The bristles will retain their original shape once they are fully dry.
Whimsically yours,

Well I don't know if it matters but personally, I just wash them and shape the bristles as close as possible. Usually when they dry, they fluff back up. (: LexiKaye<3
