While watching the the Olympics last week, I fell in love with this Italian gymnast's lip color. I'm not very makeup savvy, so I need help finding lipsticks that are that color or similar (along with it being matte like hers). Any help is appreciated, because I need to get my hands on this.
I prefer the BRUSH tips and not the FELT tips. I would love some suggestions. I use to use wet and wild liquid eyeliner but they recently changed their brush tip to a felt tip and I'm heartbroken! Please give me suggestions.
I have found that I am now allergic to purple eyeliner and possibly shadow because of the dye used I believe. I was wondering if anyone else has the same problem and found a brand that does not make them re-act like you have pink eye. My eyes are hazel and purple makes em pop so nice, I am desperate to find a brand that doesnt use the common red dye that is causing this reaction! Any info would be great!
I have extremely oily skin and I'm trying to find a foundation that will keep me matte without looking caky and heavy on my face. The Clinique Stay Matte Oil-Free foundation, BECCA Ever-Matte Shine Proof Foundation, Tarte Double Duty Beauty Confidence Creamy Powder Foundation,Too Faced Cocoa Powder Foundation, TESTS LAUDER Double Wear Stay-in-Place Makeup, and Clinique Superbalanced Silk Makeup sound like they could be good options but I was hoping to get an idea of which is closer to what I'm looking for.
Hi guys! I got Color IQ matched to Y101 a few months ago and I picked out MUFE HD Foundation in shade Y205 (Alabaster). It's a perfect match! I am looking to try some new foundations. I already own KVD in the wrong shade and I like the full coverage, so I want to try it in a shade that works for me. I also want to try the Urban Decay Naked Foundation. What colors would you suggest in those foundations that are a Color IQ match for Y101? Thanks!
so i am looking for a sweat resistant , oil free BB cream .. i have a combination skin but my t zone gets oily in hot weather n i live in a hot area ... i want it to be hydrating but oil free.....??????
Aloha! I'm looking for a tinted moisturizer WITHOUT a sunscreen in it. Any and all physical and mineral sunscreens seem to break me out in awful, painful cystic acne. Chemical sunscreen, on the other hand, plays well with my skin. I have my own SPF50 sunscreen that I use for sun protection. Any reccs? I'm about an NC 20ish, golden undertones, light skin. Thanks in advance!
I have very sensitive skin that's often prone to redness and acne. However, I just started trying out makeup and I want to figure out what's best for my skin while being able to experiment with different styles and colors. However, I don't like products/brands that contain harsh chemicals (i.e. parabens or phthalates) or test on animals. With that in mind, do any of you have recommendations for these items: Makeup Remover Wipes/Brush Cleaners Eyeshadow/Face Palettes (in neutral, soft, vivid/bold colors and/or a combo of any of these) Single Eyeshadows/Blushes/Highlighters/Bronzers Colorless Lip Balm Mascara Eyeliner Lipstick/Gloss/Stain/Colored Lip Balm Thank you!
In the summer my face tends to tan better than my chest and im not sure what type of makeup i should use on my chest to match my face. Its hard because i have freckles so i never use any face makeup (only stuff for my eyes/lips).
My lipstick won't apply towards the center of my lips. Even when my mouth is closed you can see a definite division between where my lipstick applied and where it hasn't. It is a matte lipstick by Nars in Shanghai Express (red). Do you know a good primer that will solve this issue ot any other suggestions?
i have very light skin (the lightest of ivory), blue eyes, and dark brown hair. most brown eye shadows look too overwhelming on my complexion. besides pinks and purples, what would be a good eye shadow color?
Hi fellow beauty lovers! I am looking for a new bronzer for the summer time! I already own benefit by hoola which i love and is my current go to bronzer but I am just looking for something new for the summer! I own Laguna by Nars but feel like I may be allergic to some of the ingredients in it so i am staying clear of it. I also own chocolate by too faced and enjoy using that too sometimes but would like something different. I would prefer something powder rather than liquid as I have oily skin with acne scars/mild blemishes and have been told by my dermatologist to stay away from liquid products. Anything labeled non-comedogenic would be a major plus as well! Basically just looking for a powder bronzer for safe for oily skin! Any recommendations or advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you so much! P.S My skin tone/current foundation color is Clearly Pearl in bareMinerals Blemish Remedy Foundation. http://www.sephora.com/bareminerals-blemish-ready- foundation-P388677?skuId=1703016&icid2=D%3Dc6%3Apr ...
I notice that when I put on lipstick the color because more red than the package and that might be because I have naturally redder lips. Is there any way to neutralize it? Also when I wear liquid lipstick I notice that even if I wait around 5 mins before touching it, it'll come off anything. Any help?
A friend asked me why I had both primer and powder (MUFE HD Microfinish) if both of them are supposed to 'set' my foundation? That's a good question I haven't found an answer to yet. Could someone help me out? Thanks!
Hello everyone! I just need some help finding a good face primer. I have normal to dry skin and i need a hydrating primer but I also have tan skin with yellow undertones. I've used the Rimmel London Stay Matte primer from the drugstore, its mattifying but it doesn't work well with my dry skin and it makes my skin tone look lighter and it makes my foundation appear lighter. So I'm in the hunt for a primer that wont lighten my skin tone and make it look white or washed out. Do you guys know of any primer that's hydrating and wont lighten my skin tone or make my skin look washed out/ashy? Would a primer that's clear or have gel like consistency would work? What products do you recommend? Thank you! Hope you can help me!
I have such complicated needs for my foundation. My skin is EXTREMELY oily nearly all over my face, mostly my t-zone. However, around my nostrils, my chin, my lips, and even right below my cheekbones on occasion, I break out in dry patches especially during winter. I was using the Lancome 24 hour foundation, but I found it would just cling to my dry patches and I think it dried them more. Foundations always seem to get so cakey on me, even when I apply a minimal amount, and they break down on my skin. I love a full coverage foundation, I don't have any bad skin issues other than the occasional pimple and some large pores on my cheeks and nose, but I really really like a fully covered flawless face, as if I have an insta filter on.Even a medium but build able foundation can work for me. I am so sick of the holy grail foundation search, please any suggestions
hello, i have a pretty bright blush that is super pigmented... it is almost too pigmented for me. i am using a mac 188 now which is a duo-fibre brush but i am looking for a better technique to apply it or a better brush. thanks
What is the best CURRENT foundation for a beach wedding? I was looking into Smashbox Studio Skin, Dior Airflash, and Makeup Forever Ultra HD foundation. I plan to do a moisturizer for SPF underneath my foundation so no worries about ghostly images. I want it to stay put (for the most part) and not melt off my face but simultaneously let me not look like I'm caked on. Any suggestions, ladies, would be greatly appreciated!
