Odorless make-up removing wipes - do they exist?
Has anyone come across make-up removing wipes that don't have a smell to them? I've tried nearly every Neutrogena wipe out there (as well as Olay, etc.) and all of them seem to have perfumes in them.  It's not a huge problem for me as my skin doesn't break out because of this, but I just personally would prefer to not have my skin smell like pink buttfruit every time I try and clean my face. Any recommendations?

Makeup and working out
I've seen women who can wear a full face of make up while working out - foundation, eyeliner, everything! I wouldn't wear any myself, because I frankly sweat like a pig and looking pretty/decent/presentable/human is probably the last thing on my mind, but I do marvel the ladies who can look so put together even when they're running or doing reps.   I'm really curious how their makeup stays put. I can barely get my eyeliner to stay even when I'm not exercising and not end up with raccoon eyes! :/ (I'm a totally new makeup noob, btw....)   Any workout goddesses want to share their secrets?

Clean Freaks
Are any of you clean freaks? I absolutely hate it when my products get dirty. I hate when I have to pour foundation out and it gets around the mouth of the bottle and I can't clean every last bit of it and it just ends up dirtying the entire inside of the cap. I also hate getting concealer around the opening and dirty mirrors from powder fallout.

Koh Gen Do mailed samples to me!
I have heard many great things about the KGD foundations.  The only drawback is that none of the Sephora locations near me (Canada) carry this brand.  I didn't want to purchase without testing for compatibility, shade, etc.  So I wrote to KGD and they were nice enough to mail some samples of their Moisture Foundation, Aqua Foundation, (in 5 shades) and some skin care samples to address my dry, acne prone skin.  They delivered beyond my expectations.  I was only looking to find my foundation shade.  But ended up receiving a bunch of samples to help with my skin issues as well.  I'm truly happy with all the skin care samples I get to try out tonight.   I may have to break my no-buy commitment

Going to Tokyo this summer! Makeup/general suggestions please!
I am making a short trip to Tokyo this summer. While a lot of it will be sight seeing, I most definitely will curve out time for shopping. So I just want to hear everyone's suggestions on things worth picking up!   I am am not looking for foundations, concealors or powder (unless it's absolutely amazing, contemplating on Cle de peau concealor which is cheaper there). No eyeshadows either, maybe a few mascaras, liquid eyeliners, lip products and as many blushes/cheek products as I see fit and most certainly brushes. (I want to get some hakuhodo or chikuhodo, but any other suggestions are totally welcome) I would prefer something that's more accessible.   I recall reading about some products that aren't sold outside of Japan (makeup), and I remember making a note to myself that I should get them when I go but I can't seem to remember. Anyone?   So far (just so we don't duplicate) I have my eyes on -Kate mascara base -Kate cream blush (that comes in a jar) -Jill Stuart blush (just because it's so pretty)  -Majorica majorca mascar   Lastly any tips on good stores, getting around, places to see? Any suggestions are highly appreciated!    Last lastly, any other non-makeup related must buys?    Thanks tons!

All Time Favorite Makeup Brand
If you could choose only 1 brand overall to use or for each individual brand for eyes, lip products, etc... what would you choose?   For me, I would have to pick Urban Decay for eyeshadow hands down. Cheek products would definitely be Tarte. I really don't know what I would choose for lipstick and lip gloss because there are so many brands that have beautiful lipstick!   What's your favorite??

Anyone ever accidentally gotten Kat Von D, or other heavy foundation on their Clothes?
I try to be so careful about not getting foundation on my clothes, but I had a major blunder today. Has anyone had success with a product, or cleaning methods, to get foundation out of their clothes? Regular washing did not work. The Lock-It foundation is pretty thick and I dripped/dropped onto my pants, so it's not just a smudge. My pants are chocolate brown so bleach would stain. I'm just hoping I'm not the only one....

Foils/Small Sample Traveling Box
There was someone who was going to do a foils/small sample TSB. I do not believe that person is still going to do it. If they are, I apologize and will not do one. I have been in two boxes and loved it but I have never started one. If anyone is still interested, I am willing to try to start  one. We can use the same rules from the other TSB. Please let me know if anyone is interested. Also we need to decide if we want to do this with a small flat rate box (I believe shipping is around $6.00) or a medium flat rate box (I believe shipping is around 13.00). If you are going to participate, please be prepared for the shipping costs! This box is open for US shipping only. Shipping becomes more expensive for Canada.   Once we decide if we want to do a small or medium box I will post pics of what I will start the box out with. If at that time someone decides they don't like what I am starting the box out with just let me know. I want this to be fun for all.   Once I get the box back I will go through it & give the leftover items to the local youth group who works with the homeless shelters in Fredericksburg VA. Q. Does anyone else have this problem? Help!
Okay, so I'm the kind of girl that loves to load my lashes up with tons of coats of mascara till they are long, spidery, and pretty darn stiff. (I really need to start buying some falsies, haha!) So at the end of the day when I'm ready to take all of my makeup off I start dreading removing my eye makeup and tend to remove it last because of how difficult it is for me. I get all nervous and have this fear of my eyelashes falling out because of how stiff they are with all the dried on mascara. Also, the mascara never really comes off completely (help!) and sometimes my lashes even hurt a little after I remove the makeup. Plus it doesn't help that my eyes are super duper sensitive and get all red and burn when removing my eye makeup. I know, I know you guys probably will say stop putting on so much mascara and you're right. For awhile I've been cutting the amount of coats I put on my lashes but it's still a pain to remove the mascara at night. Is there anything I can do to make the process easier? Maybe a certain technique or product? (By the way, I have been using cold cream on my eyelids and then wetting a washcloth with hot water and putting it over my face for a few seconds to melt the eye makeup.) Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Francois Nars... I love you but you always break my heart!!!
They just discontinued the Nars Lip Laquer in Chelsea Girls!  I was looking for it for a while and the Nordstrom's Beauty Stylist had to break it to me that it is being discontinued which is why it's no longer on the Nars or Nordstroms websites.  So I jumped on Sephora and they had it as in stock.  When I went to check out, it popped up that the item is no longer available!!!  I loved that lip gloss!  I didn't even have time to stock up...  It's gone the way of Chasity and the other gorgeous lip lacquers before it.  Is it me or is it highly annoying when you get no notice that something is being discontinued?  I love Nars with all my heart and have been loyal to them for 15+ years but at least give some notice when getting rid of a staple product.  I loved Chelsea Girls since I saw it on Sarah Jessica Parker on Sex in The City.  The perfect nude beige.  I'll miss it and I do wish that there could be some communication on the website about long time items not being restocked once the item sells out.  But then again, you'll never see Nars doing a "Discontinued Product Sale" either.      Being in love with Francois Nars is like getting your heart ripped out a million times but you keep going back. I'll just beware to stockpile things I love before he changes his mind that he still likes the item!

Best Travel/All-in-One Makeup Palette??
I've been looking for a all-in-one makeup palette for travel, but it seems they sell out pretty fast (or aren't replenished often). Ideally, I want something with a blush, mascara, eyeliner, a lip color, and a few eye shadows. (I'm not really focusing on the foundation since most of these palettes are for lighter skin than mine.) Suggestions?

Q. Best Brushes
What makeup brand carries the best comprehensive line of brushes? I want to buy new brushes and am willing to spend because it is an investment. I read online that Chantecaille and Chanel have great brushes, but when I tested them in store I did not really like either. If I can, I would like to have all my brushes come from one brand so they match. If not, I'll mix and match the best of each line. The most important element for me is a good, big, soft, fluffy powder brush. Thanks for any advice!

That's that STUFF I don't like...makeup edition
I've seen a lot of YTers do this video and I thought it would be fun to do a makeup edition.   This is just for fun and giggles   So here are the guidelines, you don't have to name companies(but you can if you want), but just post things about makeup that you DON'T like.   I'll go first.  LOL   Mid to high priced foundation that don't come with a pump!  If I'm paying 40+ for a foundation give me the 5 cent pump!   Lip products that you have to use your finger to apply.  That is so nasty to me, even if you wash your hands you still putting OTHER stuff on your lips when you use your fingers OR those products that you have to use a brush (OCC lip tars!) I love those colors but I don't have time or the inclination for a brush.  (My microbiology prof had us wash our hands, then wipe our fingers on a slide.  We left it in the warmer (which is kept at body temp) and came back and 2 days.  OHMYGAWD what grew on that slide was DISGUSTING.  I can't do finger only applied products to my lips. NEVER.)   Makeup lines that don't expand their colors!  GRRRR!  women of ALL colors love makeup why don't companies think of that or seem to care about that!?   So that is that stuff you don't like?
