*waiting for the Ariel collection to be released thread*
Is it sad that I check every morning and see if it's been released yet? When I get home too? Is it even sadder that I used a $100 bonus card from work to buy an egift card for myself in anticipation of this collection? I was OBSESSED with this movie as a little girl!!! When I was very little I remember my Mom being gone on a trip to Italy and my Dad knowing how much I loved this movie had the bright idea to buy me everything Little Mermaid in sight on a Walmart trip. LOL I have Cerebral Palsy and am in a wheelchair so I always wanted to be "part of their world." (like everyone else kind of thing)   I so WISH that I had gotten the Cinderella Mirror when I could have as I a castle FREAK as I LOVE LOVE LOVE the castle at WDW. I am still devastated that I missed out on the mirror! Anyway, I will be snagging the Ariel mirror and palette, what about you?

New Hair Means New Face???
Hey everyone! I just did something drastic to my hair!  I went from a dark, rich red to a light blonde.  I love it, but I'm not sure if the makeup routine I have will still work out with this new shade.  It seems to change my face.  If anyone has any suggestions for how to look my best or adapt the colors I use, I'd love to hear it.  For reference: green eyes, porcelain skin running towards cool tones, and not at all afraid of bright, bold colors!

Cheap quality products!
I'm fourteen and since I don't really have that much money, I'm trying to find good products that are more in my budget. My max for each product would be 30-40 depending on what it is. I consider myself sort of a medium beige by the way. Here's a list of the types of products I would like...   •Bronzer •Black Eyeliner (pencil please) • Mascara •Blush •Eye Shadow Palettes  •Luminizer   I would like a nice summery glow . I was wondering if foundation and primer should be used? My skin is pretty normal & just a couple pimples pop up on occasion. Do I even need it?    What brushes should I even use? (quality drugstore brushes and what product to use them for please) I have no idea what they do or what to use on them! I know they can cost an arm and a leg, but I'm not trying to make it look professional but I don't want to look like a hot mess.   Sorry so many questions! I really have no idea where to start and I'm hoping someone could help.

Q. Best way to clean makeup brushes?
I was just wondering what is the best way to clean my makeup brushes? For example if one day I used a dark shadow & the next day I want to use a light shadow with the same brush but don't want any of the shadow I used from the previous day. Even if I brush the brush on a paper towel or something it doesn't always come off & I find that out once it is already on my face. Plus I want to both take the makeup/shadow off the brush and really clean the brush as well. Thank You!

Drugstore or High End?
Just beginning this year I've noticed that I have started to purchase more high end products... Sephora. I somewhat stopped buying from the drugstore. I think mainly due to my sensitive skin and how bad it reacted it a lot of drugstore products (my personal experience). Though, there are products that I only go to the drugstore to buy. Like mascara, eyeliner, and revlon lipsticks. Other then that, I find myself mainly buying higher end makeup for everything else. I guess it's just personal preference.    What's your opinion on drugstore and high end? Do you prefer one over the other?

Stepping up makeup game?
Hi! I'm a 20 year old college junior, and I'm constantly mistaken for the middle school students I coach! I have a round face, round eyes, and genuinely round features, and I'm looking at stepping up my makeup game because I plan on going to law school Spring 2015. One thing I know would help is eyebrow care. I have fair eyebrows, but darker brown hair, and have never groomed them before. I'm terrified of overplucking. I'm a makeup rookie, and I just feel so overwhelmed by the idea of trying to change my routine to look more professional/older, but not cakey? Here's my usual makeup routine (mascara, eyeshadow, and BB cream), but another problem is that I wear glasses. Help?

I have dark hair, and brown/sometimes green eyes. Kind of tan thanks to self - tanner I have the Naked 1, 2, and basics palette. I have the NARS American Dream Palette( Galapagos, Tzarine, Bellisima, Silk Road, Bali, Alhambra) and MAC tempting, satin taupe, phloof, smoke and diamonds, wedge. The LORAC pro palette. Newly discovered favorites!
June is finally here! Summer is now upon us, and I wanted to see what favorite things we discovered this spring! Would love to hear about your new favorite products, a brand you've newly discovered, or something in your stash you re-discovered this spring!   My new obsession is cream blushes- I've gone cuckoo for cocoa puffs since trying the 100 pt perk of the Stila cream blushes!   Too Faced has been around for a long time, but for some reason before a month or so ago I never really looked at their products. Now there are a ton I want to try! I love the Chocolate Soleil Bronzer I got in the Sun Kit, and have been looking at the Endless Summer Bronzer. Also curious to try their La Creme lipsticks, Sweethearts Blush, and Full Bloom Cream Blush (see above... cream blush obsession.)
