Lately Becca has been coming out with some gorgeous products and new additions to their permanent line. Today I have noticed that they have added more Mineralized Blushes to their line and also new Ombre Rouge Eyeshadow palette - which are now available at Sephora. Also they are coming out with the new Champagne Pop highlighter - colab with JHill. I personally enjoy Becca's products very much especially their highlighters (Opal, Rose Gold and Blushed Copper ). What are your thought on the brand? Your favorite products? Recommendations? In other words - Let's Talk everything Becca!!!
Hello everyone I will be visiting my local sephora tomorrow as a treat for myself. During the summer months the redness in my face flares up and I can't seem to cover it no matter what I do. Maybe I have rosacea I don't really know. Are powders best? Cream foundations? Liquid foundations? Just plain concealer on my cheeks? Are they any of you guy who have redness on your cheeks and can help me out? Thanks so much in advance for any help. <3
Hello! I want to try the born this way foundation from too faced but I don't know which shade to order online. Has anyone previously worn deaville from Nars and would know which shade matches them best? Thanks!
I am not sure what color of fondations is for my face! I am tan in the brand Too faced, I am interested in buying Makeup Forever fondation, and what color of concelaur too in the same brand!? thank you x
I want to order Dolce Gabbana Matt Foundation but the color 100 is slightly dark for me, what would be the next lighter color, I am Asian and so have yellow undertone. Also, what DG powder color I might be. Thank you.
Hello I actually use the Nars Sheer Glow in Siberia. I really like the colour, it's PERFECT for me but I don't like the texture, it sticks on dry patches, looks really cakey on my face (even with a dry bb).Really not for me. So I'm trying to find a foundation that looks like Siberia. Palest shades with neutral undertones ( Not pink bc my face is already red ) I heard about the Dior Nude Skin Glowing in 010 but I want to know if the shade looks like Siberia? Or do you have other foundation names for me? Thank you
I'm in Italy for business and may have a couple hours tonight to walk around Milan. I'm not optimistic shops will be open or that I will have much time, but on the off chance are there things I can only get here that are worth checking out? Or nice makeup stores worth visiting?
I'm outside of Milan for business. My trip is tight so there is unlikely to be much, if any time for shopping. Was thinking maybe Duty Free at the airport would scratch that itch BUT it seems like all you are saving is tax and the products are often not different than back home. Am I missing something?
I have really dry skin, and I use the bareMinerals 5 oil blend underneath my Too Faced face primer and my Urban Decay liquid foundation. I prefer an airbrushed look as opposed to a luminious finish, so I apply the bareMinerals illuminating mineral veil on top but that leaves me looking so dry! I use the Urban Decay setting spray but honestly, I like that glittery/sparkly finish but how do I wear one without looking dry? I know its not my skincare because I use it day and night and makes my skin so soft, its just that darn mineral veil that takes out all moisture in my face. Any suggestions on other products or something else I should do? Please help! thanks
I first started shopping at Sephora back in 2010. One thing I remember from that time are all the Sephora brand palettes that I fell in love with. Does anyone else remember any of these? I kinda wish Sephora would start making more palettes like these again. Anyone else out there miss palettes like these?
I bought both 1 and 2, but I haven't been brave enough to try and depot them. I only came across one person who has, but they didn't make it very clear how they did it. They said they used a curved metal nail file to pry them out. I don't think I want to try that though. When I first bought the palettes I tried a very similar method (thinking they may be magnetic like the past palette) on a shadow I already own a single of, but the shadows were glued down very well. I stopped immediately, as I was afraid I was going to break them. The shadows are so soft, and the gap between the pan and the palette is extremely slim with some of the shadows. I do like the palettes, and would keep them in there, but I know I'll use them more if I depot them, and put them in with the rest of my mufe shadows. Maybe ripping the palette apart from the back? Any ideas or advice on how to depot them safely? Or maybe share your experience with depotting them?
I have fine lines, and my concealer really badly creases! I've used primer on my under-eyes, eye cream, lotion, many different concealers (tarte waterproof, tarte creaseless, kat von d tattoo, mac pro longwear and many more) along with many different powders. I've tried waiting a bit to set, and I've set it right after blending. Nothing seems to work, and it only gets worse throughout the day! I'm only 22 and I don't think this should be a huge issue at this age (fine lines)! Can anyone suggest an amazing combination? I've also tried doubling up on concealers/correctors. Nothing has worked! Also they are slightly dry, especially with mac pro longwear.
Whether it be matte or long wearing, there are the good, bad and the ugly. I thought we could start this thread to talk about, share swatches and review different liquid lipsticks be it good or not so good. I haven't found a favorite yet, so I thought it would be a good idea! Enjoy!
I have very oily skin, I recently tried and bought the mattifying primer with anti-acne treatment cover fx and the cover fx natural finish oil free foundation..however my face is more oily then it has ever been. Its only been 3 days, is there something better?
Hi everyone! Lately I have noticed my deluxe sample collection has become out of control! I am planning to do a Project 10 Pan Challenge to get through some of them. If anyone hasn't heard of Pan 10, basically you give yourself a set amount of time to use up 10 items. I am focusing on deluxe samples because I have too many- I wouldn't want to do this with my full size items that I don't want to use up! I am planning on also doing a no-buy until I finish this challenge (in theory lol). Anyone want to join in a Pan 10 deluxe samples challenge? With or without the no buy? If you want to join-document your challenge here! I won't be offended if no one joins up, but I wanted to start this thread to keep myself accountable. My items: 1. MUFE Smoky Extravagant Mascara 2. Tarte Slenderizer Contour Pencil 3. Benefit Sun Beam 4. Supergoop! CC cream 5. EOS mint lip balm 6. Origins Plantscription Night Cream 7. Boscia Tsubaki Sleeping Mask 8. Boscia Tsubaki Cleansing Powder 9. Nars Galaxy Girl lipstick 10. MAC lip liner in subculture
Hey guys! I was wondering if anyone has a good Mac paint pot dupe in the shade soft ochre? Seems like a great shade for concealing veins/priming, but I don't want to purchase from a company that isn't cruelty-free. Any suggestions? Thanks!!!
I totally stumbled on this by accident but thought you would want to know!! Now we can view all the Rouge Exclusive products on ONE page! The mods have finally heard our prayers!! You can find this on the top bar under Gifts>VIB Rouge Exclusives. http://www.sephora.com/rouge-exclusives Edit: So they've changed it up a bit and now there are two pages, one for Rouge exclusives and one for VIB exclusives. Not all the VIB and VIB Rouge exclusive items are currently featured on both pages (as of right now anyway) so you still have to search around to find that hidden exclusive item. You can access both under Gifts>Top Tier Exclusives>VIB Rouge Exclusives OR VIB Exclusives http://www.sephora.com/rouge-exclusives http://www.sephora.com/vib-exclusives
Hi everyone! I have very sensitive skin and am hoping to start a thread where we can share makeup suggestions/reviews/warnings with each other! To start us off, a few of my favorite products are Laura Mercier Hydrating Foundation Primer and NARS Sheer Glow Foundation. I'm allergic to sunscreen (the chemical kind) and have been advised to try mineral suncreen. HOWEVER, I had a pretty bad reaction to the bareMinerals foundation (with mineral sunscreen). Thank goodness for Sephora's amazing return policy!
