According to Jerrod's IG the peach palette and the rest of the line? will be available Dec 14th on their site as well as Sephora and Ulta.

If that's all it takes for a palette to get approved it's no wonder so many Too Faced palettes are immensely disappointing. 

P.S. This claymation thing is still creepin' me out.
