With a little bit more help from Google, it looks like this one was very unexpected - Basenotes started discussing it earlier this month but no one had heard of it before then. NSTPerfume just announced it yesterday. 

So sneaky! I'm curious. I've heard one commenter say it's rather different from Tuscan Leather.

Went to my CCO today - she never got the opportunity to order quads but they got in Wicked and 4 L&Bs - egon (which I bought and now love), Louis, Kingston, and theo. 

Next shipment, she is expectmg cafe rose, Italian cypress, 2 bronzers, all the ombre eye/blushes, and a set of 10 L&Bs which I might get - we'll see 🙂

I sniffed d'Encens, Boheme and de Bois on paper and got samples of the first two to try. De Bois was very spicy on paper, almost like Christmas, so I wasn't very interested in putting it on my skin.

Here are my first impressions. Curious to hear what others' experiences were like!

- d'Encens starts light and mossy green, and within the first half hour turns into a massive ashy incense bomb. Then it very slowly morphs into a warm woodsy scent, and i get a lot of chocolate in the drydown- it's probably the wood + vanilla/tonka? All in all, it is an interesting scent that is worth testing. I will have to retry it in colder weather to see if i like it more. I like the beginning and drydown, but find the blast of incense to be a tad too much in warm weather.

- Boheme is.. like the green version of Fleur de Portofino? It is def greener /mossier than Fleur, but shares its easygoing loveliness. A cursory search shows they share many notes. Like Fleur, Boheme is fleeting and I can barely smell it anymore on my wrist after a few hours. I would happily buy it if it were at leat 50% cheaper 😛

I've only sampled d'encens so far, but the way that @TriesToBoClassy has described it is pretty well in line with my thoughts on it as well.  

These sorts of incensy scents are right up my alley.

Is there any word on if/when the Orchid collection coming to Sephora or Nordstrom? Or is it exclusive to Tom Ford's site/counters?

I'm not sure about Sephora but it should be available at Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus. Be careful with what you want to get in Orchid collection because his fall collection is coming soon very soon after unless $$$ is not an object 😉

So BTers, I don't have any business hanging around TF counter but I did swatches the lip duos and get some new TF perfume samples :(. I really really hate the fact that the lip duo package is gorgeous and they swatch so nice. Sorry no pictures but I'm seriously considering Secret Escort and Make Me. Ugh, I hate myself for even stopped by TF counter lol. Sorry have to tag @KateLovesYSL

Aww @blackkitty2014, I understand. 🙂 Were they matte or are they like the regular formula? They looked a tad sheer to me in another swatch, but your MUA's swatch is quite pigmented.

@mrsbaineIt is regular formula. I don't think it is sheer at all. I wish I take picture of the swatch on my wrist. I tried to avoid considering them after my expensive skincare haul last night 😉
