Sparkly Eye shadow?

Does anyone know if there's any sparkly with neutral color eye shadow palette? There's this woman on youtube that wears a a neutral based eye shadow with very little silvery sparkles, and she buys all her make-up on Sephora (but she wont reply back to my question). or any palette that's similar?

Why not go for Urban Decay's new build your own palette concept?

If nude with silver glitter/sparkle is your goal, then Midnight Cowboy is your shade! Urban Decay has tons of glittery and shimmer shadows along with a range of satin finish and matte shadows as well.

Their Stardust shadows are ultra shimmery and the glitter is fine rather than chunky and is best patted onto the lids with a primer rather than brushed on, which gives them a more sheer appearance. I know those don't fit in the build your own palette set they have, but are still super pretty and can be tapped over regular shadow for more shine and sparkle.

Kat Von D's True Romance Eyeshadow Palette - Saint is one of my favorite neutral palettes. A few of these colors are matte but the majority have some type of sparkle or shimmer in them. It's really great for a light or darker natural/neutral look.

I recommend the new Too Faced Palette called, The Return Of Sexy Eye Shadow Palette. It comes with gorgeous shimmery shades and you can create endless looks with this palette. It will be available in the next couple of weeks.

Another option would be the Sephora Collection Moonshadow Baked Palette - In The Nude. It can be used wet or dry!
