Natural Makeup Look for Modeling/A
I have to go to an audition this weekend and they want me to look like me in my headshot.
I had very light foundation on ( my color is a medium to dark btw), it looked like I had no mascara (but I did), looked like really natural looking lips, and a really natural eye.
Please someone give me an idea on how I should do my makeup
I'd recommend trying Make Up For Ever's HD foundation. It's very natural looking, lightweight, and soft. I almost always recommend it to my actor/model clients. It's great under harsh lights, for photoshoots, and if you're shot in HD. It's medium to full coverage.
In terms of shadow, I'd recommend going with a netural palette. The Naked palettes from Urban Decay are good so is Kat Von D's Saint palette.
Did you work with a make up artist for your headshots?
It's funny because often times in photographs models are wearing so much product to get it to show up past the flashes and studio lights that "natural" in the photo means "more than natural" in real life.
What products do you currently use so we know what you have to work with. And would it even be possible to contact the artist (if you used one at that time) and see what they used?
