I hate it when this happens 😞  Happened to an eyeshadow palette I got last week.  Hopefully they can ship a quick replacement!  I'm scared this is going to happen to my sweet copper 😞

Even looking at this broken one makes me want this shade though.

Aw no! That happened to me last year with my Oh Darling from Nordstrom and they wouldn't let me exchange because they were all gone 😮

My heart always hurts seeing broken, crumbly makeup. 

I had a shadow arrive like this earlier this week 😞 so I feel you. Although Mine wasn't LE MAC.

@michelleshops I called but the rep who answered maybe had a lot going on? It was a good 10-15 seconds before she said anything (even "may I help you?), and then told me she needed to put me on hold before I had a chance to give her any info. I sent an email with the picture.. poor blushie.  Blush bits are everywhere!

Hey @veronika23 - just spotted these on Selfridges website. The website lists them as Selfridges exclusive, but I was wondering if you had heard anything about these?

@lachaton I think I remember seeing a preview for this a while back and at that time too it was a Selfridges exclusive... I haven't seen or heard of it again.
