I would suggest a good volumizing mascara like the Tarte's Lights, Camera, Lashes. (Psst, They have a duo of Tarte's eyelash curler and a mini Lights, Camera, Lashes mascara for $15!)

A tinted moisturizer would be a better pick than foundation too- assuming your skin must still be pretty flawless at 13

I few lipglosses in fun colours are always fun to play with too!
