Dark skin, Natural look[ Edited ]
Helpppp! I am so new when it comes to make up and I want to start using it. I'm fairly dark-skinned and I want to try and use lipstick and face make up that looks natural but can't seem to find any that look good on me. Any suggestions?

Smashbox offers some great complexion kits that allow you to try a few items and play with technique and layering to build to the look and coverage of your choice!
This one comes with primer (ensures even application and helps make up last longer and prevents it from fading or breaking down as the day wears on), concealer (oil free, liquid formula, buildable, good for all over the face issues), liquid foundation (oil free and has SPF 15, natural finish, buildable coverage), and their HALO powder (use as a light weight foundation, powder concealer when dabbed over trouble spots, or finishing powder, it's a camera safe mineral enriched with vitamins and skin loving ingredients). You can use just the primer and concealer, layer all 3 color cosmetics, or use just two, the options are up to you!
Their Dark BB Kit gives lighter coverage than a foundation and is a great multi-tasker, helping to subtly even skin tone, making skin look breathable and light, and the kit also includes primer and HALO powder.
For lips, try a sheer lip stain for long lasting wear and buildable color. Deep berry shades and even rich cinnamon look great on darker tones without looking too dramatic.
Tarte's Lip Surgence Stain in Moody (deep berry, sheer) is wonderful:
Or Enchanted, a warm rose shade:
Though shades like deep red or even bright pink may sound too much of a punch for cheeks, using a fine amount gives a great pop of color that is natural and just perfect! Bolder colors stand up to your rich complexion so you're not washed out or ashen looking.
Tarte's Cheek Stain in Natural Beauty is a pop of red that adds a flush of healthy color:
Or Lorac's bronzer/blush duo in Hot Flash:
