Chanel customer service info is often inaccurate. They told me last week that it would not be released online until 1/23. I was checking late last night and early this morning EST and it never came up in stock.

Curious if anyone truly got the illum powder this am. Site let me add to cart but then nope! When I called was told it sold out immediately very early this am. I'm too old to stay up all night. Lol. Very sad to not get in on this one as I have been trying since the little hiccup this weekend!  😥If anyone has any extras to unload...?! ☺

@Sunnysmom did you mean the camellia? I was checking all morning long from like 5am EST and I haven't seen it. I had to call them about an order from last week and the rep said something about it releasing in batches..and that today was the launch day. So I think it's still coming..

Post if anyone finds it, preferable with a code word, haha so it's only visible to the gang here 😉 I'm half joking half serious but this place has a ton of lurkers so be careful about posting anything you don't want thousands to see

Camelia de Chanel is now listed as out of stock instead of coming soon. I wonder if it's really out of stock or they just changed it to say this so nobody else orders it yet.

I think that's what they did, change it because people were getting it ordered before it was supposed to be released...

My orders went through, should be getting them Tuesday.  Maybe they will ship after the 16th?

Does anyone show tracking that will be delivered? Sorry people are having orders canceled. 😞

Anyone try the new Chanel Blue serum? Curious if it's any good...

I am also dying to know how it is!  I wonder if it is anything like Luna Oil - that is the first thing I think of when I hear/see "blue serum."

Sorry your orders got cancelled. 😞 There must be something really weird going on where they don't want to sell the product yet. I posted this earlier, but even though mine shipped, the ups status says:

MERCHANDISE IS MISSING. UPS WILL NOTIFY THE SENDER WITH ADDITIONAL DETAILS. / ALL MERCHANDISE MISSING, EMPTY CARTON WAS DISCARDED. UPS WILL NOTIFY THE SENDER WITH DETAILS OF THE DAMAGE

Maybe the cancellations are somehow related to this?

Also if you try and order it again with the quick buy trick it says out of stock...

I have it in my cart I wonder what will happen if I place the order again. I actually want a back up so I might try that! If you already got one order in then you can also use the re-order button.
