Hi everyone! Last week I spotted on FB a post from Zoeva confirming they are now available at Sephora Australia. I know some SEA Sephora's stock them already. Does anyone know or have heard if there are plans to come to Sephora US? I love their palettes and brushes but not their shipping rates to the US. Please make my day?! Cathey
If you are a Face Off fan new season starts January 14th. For those who don't know about it, it's a show where makeup artists compete against each other to create different looks... mostly science fiction and horror. It's on the SyFy network (Space for Canada). It is awesome to see what they do each week and the time and effort it takes to do all those special effects!
I bought a set of Artis brush dupes and they arrived splayed and had some bent bristles from being shipped in a bubble wrap envelope instead of a case. I contacted the seller but while I wait for a response I was wondering if anyone here knows any tips or tricks to fix this problem myself? Any info would be very much appreciated!
I heard a lot about Sigma brushes and they are supposedly really good high end brushes, I find them to be too expensive and cannot jutisfy spending a lot on brushes - although they are important tools. Many times I just end up using my fingers to apply the make up. Any suggestions of alternative brands that work really well and come in a set? Thanks.
I've recently been experimenting with contouring, and I'm not sure if I am happy with my results. I have bought 2 contouring kits (Anastasia Beverly Hills Creme&Powder) in light to medium. I have pretty fair skin and I'm not sure if i like it.. I love that it has been giving me definition, but it looks too warm for me, and these were expensive so I do not want to waste them. I've tried a lighter application, and it looks like nothing is there, even after using primer and setting my makeup, it seems to fade. I have a more plump facial structure so I feel like its like it is just kind of there.. and not giving me the definition I want.. What are some good products that might give me a better application and also goes well with my fair skin tone? To give you an idea I am shade 15 in the Makeup Forever matte foundation.
