I know you wanted suggestions on Mac Lipsticks however, I think you should also try Make Up Forever! The lipstick textures and pigments are very similar to Macs. Here are some suggestions for medium beige skin tones

today I found the perfect lipstick from mac at my local mac store. its called "speed dial" and is a bright pink. the color suited me perfectly and Im a medium beige as well just check it out, I promise you that you will love it!

I absolutely LOVE angel, cremecup, and viva glam v. They are all pretty neutral but as you can see, that's what I prefer
