I'm about a NC25/Second lightest shade in any foundation. So I'd deff put me on the pasty bar. I'm looking for a seriously gorgeous electric pink lipstick. A little like a Nikki Manaj or Rihanna looks, but I'm not tan.. Something not too drying and with kick butt lasting power. I've kind of looked into the Bite Beauty and NARS pencils, but I'm clueless.

Hey girls,   I'm in the market for a shock factor purple lipstick. My skin tone is medium-light with neutral/slightly olive undertones. I like the lok of the violet color from the YSL Arty Stone promo pics for Spring 2013. Also just stumbled upon the Bite Beauty lip pencil in Violet... has anyone tried either of these colors? Anyone have a suggestion for a different purple? I'm willing to try anything but no frosted lilac-y colors.   Thanks!

Hello,   I need help finding out what shades I should try for my skin-tone I rarely wear anything and when I do it's either a clear gloss or as close to my natural colour as possible. If anyone could help me out that would be fantastic because I want to be more adventurous when it comes to lip colours.

I don't want something that's too hot pink or too red or too coral. To me, a good punch color should be a pretty blend of pink, red, and orange.. But I'm having a hard time finding that perfect color! Show me your favorite punch lipsticks, glosses, stains, and balms!!!   Addendum: Nothing shimmery or sparkly!

So I've just recently discovered that I LOVE reddish pink or deep pink lipsticks.  I have no idea why it took me so darn long, but I'm obsessed now!  What's your favorite deep pink / reddish pink / raspberry lipstick?  Any brands or shades I MUST try?   I'm a long-time red lipstick fan, so I'm not completely new to lipstick in general, I never really looked at other colors though!  I just bought Bite Beauty "Quince" and I'm ordering "Palomino" this week.  So pretty!  If anyone wants to post swatches (of any pink lipstick you love) that would be AWESOME too!!

I've been hearing rumors that Ysl rouge volupte lipsticks are getting sicontinued? Is this true? please give me information!    I was so devastated when I heard about this because a few of them have been in my shopping list for a while now. I always thought that this product wouldn't be discontinued because its a bestseller, so I would always put my neccesities before it! 

I posted about a week ago about how Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick literally peeled the skin off my lips. I LOVE the color but I just cannot wear that brand of lipstick anymore.  I am looking for a little help with finding a similar color in a brand that is better about being good for sensitive lips.   The color I like it called Primrose (third color from the left).     (this image is from sleepandwater.blogspot ).       This is pretty accurate for the color they turned my lips (this image is not mine)   I was thinking maybe Too Faced La Creme Naked Dolly? (this is what I want for Mothers day) Anyone who is sensitive have a reaction to their products?   Any and all help is greatly appreciated!

I have a "spider vein" or "blood clot" on my lip that pokes out my skin a tad bit. I've tried pigmented matte lip sticks and glosses to cover it, and its still noticeable. any suggestions on other products to use?

Alright, so this is embarrassing.  I ordered this based off the hype from some of my favorite beauty bloggers and the love it gets here on BT, but now I have it and I'm....confused.   I thought this was essentially a very shiny stain that lasted all day and wouldn't transfer.  One beauty blogger described it as the biggest innovation in lip products in recent memory, she said it dried down in a minute or two and felt like a layer of smooth, almost plastic-y but soft awesomeness.   Er....I don't see how I could use this as anything other than a lipgloss.  I'm so sad, I wanted it to be amazing!!   Am I putting it on wrong?  Is there some sort of trick to getting it to dry?  Did I completely misunderstand what the product actually does?   Blech.  Please help me figure out how to make this work, it's such a pretty color!

During the summer I was wondering whether I should use a lipbalm or lipstain. Can lipstains come with SPF? If not should I just use lipbalm?

My holy grail lipstick is Prescriptives in the shade "Razzle". It is a gorgeous blue based fuchsia that I can't find anywhere else. Plus the formula is PERFECT, not too greasy/shiny and not too dry and perfectly opaque. I can't find it anywhere since Prescriptives stopped making most their cosmetics. Can anyone advise a dupe or know somewhere that might have backstock?

So I have tried a few new lipcolors over the past few days (one lipstick, one lip liner and one lipgloss).  Last night I noticed I had some hard, white bumps on my lips (about 4 or 5 of them) that JUST showed up within 48 hours. They were about the size of small acne bumps, not itchy, just bumpy feeling and my lips were SUPER dry.  I have never had this before.  So I popped them and they are gone & have not spread- whew! I have been just using a tried and true natural lip butter since.   Has anyone else ever had this reaction to lipstick, gloss or lipliner. If so, which ones?    I think it was/is an allergic reaction.  Now the fun task of finding out which of the three is the culprit.    

Sephora cast member gave me a sample of a lip balm and I didnt keep the baggie so I dont know what it is.   It has a mild rose scent and I think it was in a small round package. Creme rose comes to mind but cant find anything on site that fits that ?   FYI She helped me find the right coral shade lipstick for me and  brought the balm sample up to the register...nice of her..

A few years ago I was playing with my puppy and well by mistake her sharp puppy teeth cut my lip and I have a small but noticeable scar on my top lip. Heard of Mederma scar products but worried about ingestion because where I'd be placing the product.

I really wanna buy Tarte's LipSurgence Lip Luster. But I'm debating over Glisten (peachy color) and Adored (light pink color). Which color would make my lips look natural? I don't know how to describe my skin tone, either medium/olive? It definitely has yellow (aka asian). Also, do any of you know how to delete a sephora conversation? I started a lot (kinda) and some are SO repetitive that I want to delete them...is there any way to delete them? Thanks!
