OMG I was in down town today. Wish I knew about it. Are they planning some kind of celebration at the grand opening ? @Mochapj I will do everything I can to get there is a formal opening kind of thing.

@fatimamummy it was pure dumb luck that I went there today.

I saw on IG this morning that they opened and I had the day off. Since it's so close to my house I just strolled over 🙂

They didn't really tell me too much about the grand opening, just that it was on the 26th and the upstairs would be open.  

It sounds like upstairs is where the custom blending will be done, and the main floor is part lab/pigment production and part semi-customized lipsticks (which is what I did today)

They also told me you can buy Bite products there, so it's no longer exclusive to Sephora.

Do you need to make an appointment for the grad opening or is it just a "stop by" type thing? I live downtown so I'd love to take a look on the 26th!

@ournursie they didn't tell me I needed one, so I don't think so.

But, that said, they also didn't know when they'd be getting their appointment system, and they don't seem to have a phone # yet, so... 😄

I was stalking your Insta trying to see the colors. Those look amazing! I didn't realize it till now that I need the gold, or the rose gold.....both..I NEED both. 

And....i totally understand your love of purple. I would have gotten one of those too.

The licensed part of this is amazing! As is that purple! So glad you got to go, I am definitely swinging in next time I head to Toronto! And I also love that there is a coconut scent, I don't remember that being an option when I went to the traveling lip lab in Vancouver a few years back!

@NotCrocker I think they might switch up the scents from time to time. I feel like the NY lab has had other scents than what's been mentioned, too.

Ah, I missed that part below about the no custom lippies until the grand opening. I'm assuming the one of the far left is 003 Rose Gold. If so, I need it 😄

@trishavt yes, far left is rose gold, then bronze, then far right is gold.

When they did the product smoosh for me on acetate the rose gold looked like NARS Orgasm in lipstick form.

Which I thought was pretty hilarious given this MUA standing in front of me that worked for NARS for a very long time.

Nars Orgasm was the first thing that came to mind when I saw that color, which is part of why I want it 🙂

@Mochapj  WHOAAA!!! Look at all these goodies. What did you name each color? I am loving that peachy coral on the far left. I hope we can see some swatches and more info on the finish, flavors and any add-ons too 🙂
