Man... I likeTaro in theory, but I'm afraid it will just bring out the yellow in my skin in a way that is not attractive. Or maybe I'm just afraid of purples and that's nonsense. I can't decide.

Can anyone swatch Taro next to Barberry? That one ended up being unexpectedly good on me, so maybe there's hope for Taro as well.

Thanks @Mochapj! Taro is just so different from anything I have, it's hard to estimate how it would look on me.

Also I definitely want Kale, Squid Ink, and probably Thistle... and I was going to try to behave myself after my birthday-month splurge 😞

But we'll see.

@TKLJ I'd say I'm sorry but... I don't think I am 😉 It's a really nice one! I wasn't sure that I could pull of these dark and less conventional shades, but I was surprised by how much I liked Taro. Now I think I'm in trouble because I may have enabled myself to buy more of these haha

Yes!! I love Amidala. 

I was at the perfect age when the new movies came out. I was just old enough to have seen the old ones multiple times and love them, but young enough that I wasn't easily jaded or cynical 😛 So I was really excited.

I had the Amidala barbie doll & a set of really cool paper dolls. Plus the electronic action figures. It was great. And that's how Taro made me feel - like Amidala as a senator. She would totally rock this.

Got confirmation - thistle is not 005.  She did say in this particular swatch it looks similar, though.

i wonder if it's supposed to be the cava replacement Susanne mentioned in the chat...
