I think packaging of new lippies might look prettier without coloured drooling 😋 Though shades are nice.

Agree. When the time comes to buy them, I will promptly tear into it, toss the packaging into the recycle bin, and proceed to enjoy the lipstick. The revolting package will add to the urgency of opening up the new pretty.

If anyone ends up buying and/or swatching Dragonfruit in store and has LLLR #004 to compare (or any other similar dupes) I'd love to hear your thoughts on whether the formula is any different!

I did ask Bite on IG about this yesterday and they said it was a reformulated version of 004.  

But, if I ever get around to swatching it, I'll let you know 😉

Wonderful, thank you so much!  I wonder if any of the other shades are re-promotes of the LLLR shades.  Gazpacho looks a bit like 009, for example, Liquorice looks like 001, Cayenne looks like 003, Pickled Ginger looks like 006, and Radish looks like it might be 012.  (these are just guesses)

Edit: Nori might be similar to 011 too!

I just got my first BITE lipstick in the mail today and there are tiny droplets all over the bullet. Is this normal?

Mine had a slight haze on some spots I thought maybe from the cold? No droplets.

Yes, sometimes extreme temperature changes can cause them to leach oils a little.

I thought so, but I've never had a lipstick do that before so I wanted to double-check. Thanks mocha!

@mochapj have you tried the brown liquid lip from kylie jenner? a friend got it and raves about it.

I have not.  I'm not a fan of the Kylie hype machine and liquid lips are not a preferred formula.
