I suspect they will, yes. They're not hard enough to sharpen, so probably the best way to keep them from going completely flat is to use the sides to cover most of your lips and the tip only for lining.

I didn't think I needed Kir Royale since I'm not that into dark colors but after grabbing the 250pt perk for kicks I think I need the full size >.< It's a nice berry red that's a smidge darker and more berry than this picture (sorry...couldn't get the lighting right!) It's a great winter color 😄

Does anyone have both the Cafe/Pepper duo and the Cafe pencil from the Rewind set?

And could pretty please do a swatch compare of these Cafes?

I ordered the Cafe/Pepper duo but it hasn't arrived yet. Will swatch against the rewind cafe as soon as I receive it.

I did swatch aubergine against "rewind" aubergine, because ppl on instagram was saying it was different, but it was exactly the same.

I can't believe I didn't notice the pepper duo until now! Pepper is the perfect neutral rose color! I will be waiting for your cafe swatches as well 😉 I am hoping they duo cafe is darker!

I was thinking of getting the Cafe/Pepper duo, but I already have Pepper, and if it's the same Cafe too... probably no point for me to get it.

Bite responded to my email this morning and said "The colours are similar however they are both completely different finishes. The Café in the Rewind Set is a matte while the one in the Duo is a Luminous Crème, so it will be slightly more glossy".

Here are the cafe swatches. The Cafe from the duo is on the left, rewind cafe is on the right. The rewind cafe is definitely dryer than the duo but it's nothing that can't be fixed with a lip moisturizer or gloss on top.

The duo cafe looks to me like a dupe of Marc Jacobs Role Play. It also looks like Bite Beauty Rhubarb swatched on the hand but looks differently on the lips. I have swatches of Rhubarb and a couple of others in a lipstick swatch album on my profile.

Thanks nicnac!  Other than finish/opacity, they look pretty similar to me.  

Since I already have the Rewind one, and Pepper from an older duo, I think I can pass on this!  Plus I have Role Play and Rhubarb, too 😉

Do you think this colour works on your skin tone? I think my skin tone is close to yours and I feel like it'll wash me out.

Not on it's own. I had to line it with a darker liner to make it wearable. The Cafe from the duo is more straight from the tube wearable. I'm partial to bright lipstick though.
