The very lovely Mocha sent me two Bite Maple lipsticks.  I couldn't smell the typical Bite waxy smell on these.  Also, they go on like a typical Bite lipstick and are not really matte.  They are pigmented though.  So here they are.

Is it just me with my crazy talk but I think the Canadian Maple lippies are more attractive than the U.S. frozen berries?

All three colors look good on you but I like Barberry best.

Plum leaves a very beautiful stain once its wiped off.  I like the colours and the formula - once I have already put it on.  Something about Bite lipstciks...they are not a joy putting on.  They are waxy and thick.  But they feel fine on the lips and comfortable once on.

I still haven't tried on my Plum one. I got so busy with the NARS pencils which I have worn a few times each already. Shame on me; time to give it a go! 😛

Plum is definitely a colder weather colour for me.  I will wera Juniper a lot of the 3 I think...it is my wheelhouse.

I absolutely love the NAR Sset - but I had them individually already.  Have you tried Yu yet?  Luxemburg is one of my favourite shades of all time!

I agree. I think I have not wanted to wear it yet while it is still hot and sunny. The bright pinks are my go-to summer shades this year.

I wore Yu the other day. It was certainly bright but I loved it. Luxembourg is the prettiest. And I actually really enjoy Provocative. For a matte lip product, it looks amazing on my lips.

Does anyone else think that the boxset to the right is the double-ended luminous creme lipsticks? I am hoping it's not the pigment pencils, because I really want to get a boxset of the lipsticks this time around. I passed it up the last two times and I've been kicking myself ever since!
