@MelinaBelle123 , if you can, try to figure out why they are dry. You might be reacting to something you have, sometimes it's diet related, even the air might be doing it. You can try using something to seal your lips like Vaseline or Aquaphor. For lip prep, I like to use a toothbrush after I brush my teeth, and then a lip oil like Fenty Beauty by Rihanna Fenty Treatz Hydrating + Strengthening Lip Oil Cherry or HAUS LABS BY LADY GAGA PhD Hybrid Hydrating Tinted Lip Oil You can also layer products, like a balm and then lip oil

Hi. Warm undertones tend to suit peachy nudes & terracotta-leaning neutrals, cool undertones work better with pinkish or mauve nudes. A reliable combo that works across most skin tones = a lip liner one shade deeper than your natural lip to define & prevent feathering, topped with a sheer gloss or tinted balm. The liner does the heavy lifting, the gloss keeps it feeling comfortable & natural.
