Ombre Lips

All, I am looking for some suggestions for an ombre lip. I wanted to use Kat Von D- Bow and Arrow. Any recommendations for a lipstick/lipstain

Have you considered using a white lip liner on top of the lipstick? I know a white lip liner sounds super strange, but I think it would look great if you applied it to the center of your lips, over the lip stick, and then dabbing and blending it out as needed. This Would make for a subtle ombre effect. Check out Bite Beauty's white lip liner. They're super creamy! 

If you want a more dramatic effect, I suggest lining your lips generously with a dark lip liner (a line maybe three or four times thicker), applying your lipstick, and then blending as needed. I think a color that will look great for a nice contrast would be the shade Rich Toffee in the Bite Beauty lip pencil. Or, if you're feeling super bold try out black! I hope this helps 🙂
