Most effective primer/liner for YSL Tint in oil lipsticks

I love my YSL tint in oil lipsticks but they bleed on me... I've tried several primers and liners and was wondering if any of you have found the perfect product to pair with these lipsticks to prevent feathering?

They're my favorite to wear! I use a clear liner by UD sometimes to help reduce feathering.
