Peach lipstick or lipgloss

Hello everyone,

I have very fair skin, and reddish blonde hair. I am looking for a good Peach colored lipstick or lipgloss. I dont want anything to bright. I love the metalic finish some glosses have, but sometimes glosses get really sticky, and i hate that! Does anyone know of a good Peach one? Thank you!

I'm very fair-skinned too, and I've tried many different lip glosses. There are two different kinds I'd recommend, and both of them come in lovely peach colors, of course. Also, both of these glosses are completely non-sticky and last much longer than other glosses. The first is Josie Maran "Natural Volume Lip Gloss" (Sephora Product Page) This moisturizing gloss contains argan oil to condition and soften lips but it also makes lips look fuller. The color is highly pigmented and shimmery and it has a sweet dulce de leche flavor. The apricot shade "Soledad" would look great with your complexion.

Since you like a shimmery, metallic finish, I would also recommend you try Urban Decay "Lip Junkie Lip Gloss" (Sephora Product Page) This is a decadent lip gloss (with a delicious vanilla-mint flavor!) that allows you to get hooked on the shine, without the stickiness. This gloss not only softens your lips, it helps your lips become better defined, super-hydrated, and full-looking. The best example I know of a peach colored lip gloss with a metallic finish is this UD gloss in the shade "Runaway." I'm sure you'll love that shade, and you might also want to try "Peroxide," a light peachy-pink that looks great on fairer skin tones. I hope all this helps you! :smileyhappy:

Most NARS lipglosses go on fairly light with just a little hint of the color.  Nothing too intense. What is great about NARS lipglosses is that they do not feel like the traditional lipglosses.  Very easy to wear and are not sticky.  Plenty of colors to choose from:

Try the lipgloss in Giza and see how that coordinates with your lips.

Could always see if a sheer coral with a tiny bit of pink appears more of a peachy tone on the lips.  Usually does the trick with my coloring.

Hey,

Pair these two together for a truly divine pout!

My favorite peachy gloss by far is Buxom Buxom Lips in Celeste!

This shimmery peach shade is an exclusive Sephora hue. (Top Left)

I absolutely love these lipglosses. They come in a huge bottle with great packaging. These glosses are not at all sticky, and the effect of Celeste on my lips is amazing.

Try Celeste over a sheer peachy color, such as Lancome Color Design Lipstick in Coral Goddess. (Hurry, it's limited edition!)

And if you ever feel like going Mango, try Benefit's new product, CHA CHA TINT. It's a mango-colored stain for your lips and cheeks!

Hope this helps!

in terms of consistency, texture and color payoff I would go with the following lip glosses:

NARS: Giza http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P2862&categoryId=B70

Benefit: Spiked Punch (ok this is not a muted color but it is so lovely!) http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P264411&categoryId=B70

Sephora: Papaya shine: http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P230217&categoryId=B70

Lipsticks:

NARS: Barbarella, Love Devotion: http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P2865&categoryId=B70

YSL: peach passion, tender peach, Fabourg Peach: http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P218426&categoryId=B70

Hope that helps!

NARS lip glosses are the best! Giza and Super Orgasm are both pretty and peachy. :womanvery-happy:

Hey hun,

I'm the queen of peach, so I have bought tons of glosses and lipsticks, but some of them just didn't work for me without tweaking, but I'm sure will look gorgeous with you on your fair skin! I'm really tan..hehe.. I'll give you a list of lippies to check out.

1. Loreal Lipstick in Peach Fuzz

2. Mac Lipgelee in Budding Beauty

3. Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics Lip Tar in Cha Cha

4. Mac Lipstick in Ravishing

5. Nars Lipstick in Barabella

All are gorgeous shades, just a few too light for my skintone. I wore the Peach fuzz to prom, a little light for my skin. The Budding Beauty Lipgelee is a really pigmented pale peachy pink gloss, that looks a little pastel on me without another peach lipstick but on you it will look warm and gorgeous! As well as Cha Cha, looked a little pastel on me. A beautiful peach better for fair skin. Barabella looks good on most. Good luck hun!
