Hello!

I'm a girl with MAC NW20 skin with dark brown hair and eyes, and I'm new to the pink lipstick section, and I was wondering how this lipstick would look on me; would I be wearing the lipstick or would the lipstick me wearing me?? Also, how much glitter does it have? It is subtle, because I've read that the glitter can be chunky and not at all pleasent for the lips, so would anyone have any advice on that as well?

The Kat Von D Valentine Lipstick is gorgeous. It does have a lot of shine and glimmer to it. It comes out looking like a frosted pink on your lips. I think that wearing this color would look nice with a neutral eye or purple/plum shadows.

Pair this lipstick with the Sephora Collection 17 Funky Fuchsia. You can fill in the whole lip or just outline the lips, leaving the center for lipstick.

I also suggest the Sephora Collection 30 Amazing Pink Sparkling - glittering vivid pink for an additional pop of color.

It looks lke the glitter isn't super overwhelming when applied. Here is as swatch I found that may help. I've seen photos of it lightly applied or bold. They both look different but amazing. I would go for it if you loving the color. It's pretty unique.
